Bryan the owner is really knowledgeable and does an amazing job explaining what is what. He’s honest and the fruits of his leadership in his company are abundant in his team. They were able to repair my system in just a few days. I had the pleasure of meeting DJ and Adam. DJ is new but was so professional, quick and went the extra mile. Both technicians New their stuff and we’re very polite. I’m so excited to find such an upstanding and trustworthy company that I am getting the membership knowing it will bring so much peace of mind. My system and plumbing are in great hands. Thanks Pro Flo!! Also want to give a shout out to Jared my neighbor who is a plumber for the company really professional and great dude. You can’t go wrong with these guys and gals!!

Jared and Bear(?) were not prompt. THEY WERE EARLY!!! They took care of the problem fast and professionally. Afterwards, they showed me a video of my drain, which will need a good jet cleaning in the very near future. Jared sent me a quote for the extra cleaning but did not pressure me.

Jared was excellent!! He was upfront, honest, and walked us through the possibilities of what our water heater problem may have been. Great troubleshooter! He has a wonderful demeanor and was so friendly to myself and my family. Such a nice guy! We’ve had other plumbers come to this ranch and they did not provide even close to the service that Jared did. We would love to keep him on as our go-to vendor.

Highly recommended. Proflo did our HVAC system last year and Bryan and his employees we’re all nice, approachable and definitely knows what they’re doing. Very professional. I am a returning customer since i liked how they work and deal with me for the HVAC. Now, spring of this year, I contacted them again, but for my water heater. It needed replacement and Jared came over and replace our old one, again, I would say that the owners professionalism rubbed off to their employees as jared took took care of what was needed to be done and was very accommodating to some of my questions. I am one satisfied customer and definitely will call them again when the need arises.

Air conditioner repair. Was excellent in every way! I really liked his responsiveness, got to my house within an hour and had it fixed 20 minutes later! Was professional and qualified and had a nice personality - funny!

Bryan came out the same day I reported that my AC was not working. He knew it was important to me since we were having another scorching day. Within a half hour he
replaced my capacitor and I had air before noon. Thank you Bryan and ProFlo for coming to my rescue.

I wish I could give ProFlo more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it. My family and I are super grateful to the entire team for their helpfulness, timeliness, responsiveness, and professionalism. Jamie Trammell is wonderful! He is very kind and trustworthy, genuinely cares for his customers, and goes out of his way for them. We are so thankful for all of his help throughout the whole process! When the team came to work, they were extremely clean, thorough, and efficient. If you're thinking about where to go for your HVAC needs, don't bother wasting your time looking anywhere else. The best customer service and the best at what they do!

Best of the best! Professional. On time. Great prices. I had a Nest Pro with a Heat Pump installed and Daniel provided excellent service and some training to ensure I could handle any minor issues that may come up. Highly recommended! ProFlo is my go to for HVAC and Plumbing from now on!

Jamie came out to the house and gave us a very thorough and investigative inspection to determine what we needed in the way of a HVAC unit for our house. He took his time and really looked at everything to know what would be the most cost effective and reliable unit to get. He made suggestions and recommendations that we appreciated. He did not try to upsell us and he was extremely professional. We had other companies come out, and every one of them tried to sell us a bigger unit than we needed. We look forward to working with Jamie and his crew.
