Austin was the rep that came to our home. He was very informative and respectful. Will request him every time. Did a great A/C tuneup and even looked at our heater, even though we hadn't scheduled it. Became a Champ member to make sure our units stay in the best condition.

This was my first experience with Service Champions. The Service Champion employee that provided a well needed tune up to my air conditioning system was Alex Castilla. I was in the customer service business for 43 years, prior to retirement from the City of San Diego Park and Recreation Department, so I know how important a first impression is. He introduced himself, and immediately I saw the plastic booties over his shoes. Later when he brought in a ladder to do some work up in the attic, he placed a covering on the carpet to protect it. One of the first things that he did upon arrival, was to explain what he was going to be doing by showing me pictures of the different equipment that he would be working on.

He was at the house for one and a half hours, answering any questions that I had. Alex was very professional. Just a VERY NICE person.

As the result of time spent with Alex, Service Champions will be my company of choice for my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs.

Emmanuel was our technician today. He arrived on time and was clean & polite. He provided exceptional service compared to other companies we have used for our AC maintenance. He was here for 2 hours cleaning our unit and inspecting everything involved upstairs and outside. He even cleaned out the overflow AC line connected to our upstairs bathroom. He kept us informed about what he was doing and took photos of everything to show us before and after service. I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them for AC maintenance and yearly cleaning! A+

My technician Alex was so professional and informative. He was very nice and he knew what he was doing. Before continuing into my home, he professionally introduced himself and the company he is with. He took me step by step of the process and diagnosed what was wrong with my unit in no time. We spent more time talking about other products and services they provide, he was very patient with all my questions. He was very helpful. Couldn't have been more happier with their service!

Service Champions: A/C System Checkup and Maintenance service in Murrieta, California. Living in the same house for almost 30 years. Not many HVAC or plumbing surprises remain undiscovered. We're now eleven years into this home's second HVAC system. Less than six months ago I contacted Service Champions for a heating system inspection and maintenance service. That experience went very well, and at that time I joined their Champ Rewards program. For an affordable $19.99 monthly premium, periodic routine maintenance calls are scheduled automatically and covered by your membership in the plan. It also offers selected discounts on any necessary repairs that will eventually come up. Most recently last week our A/C system was checked and serviced as well. In both cases, the technicians each were top notch. Friendly, professional and focused. I am very pleased thus far to have experienced the Service Champions excellent service. Our home is comfortable and going into summertime I am enjoying the peace of mind!

Fantastic service. Very efficient and friendly but most importantly Austin and his associate know their stuff. They take time to explain any discovered problem and the cause of said problem along with proper maintenance to help eliminate or minimize problems. Their test equipment is up to date and in very good well maintained condition. I highly recommend Service Champions to all family members and to all in need of system maintenance and repairs.

Our technician, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and very professional. He even put down drop cloth so as not to dirty our floor. He methodically explained to us what he was doing and what was going on in the heater and vent. He simply explained what he was doing and the benefits of joining their rewards program. Everything was simple and forthright. We were very appreciative of the service and decided to join their rewards program. I highly recommend them.

Service Champions did a good job installing our hvac. I do not like the way Service Champions work work Green Sky finance Co. That company is dishonest and misleading. Be wise do not allow Service Master Champions to finance anything with Green Sky. Be smart if you need to finance a system get your own money do not be mislead by Service Champions and a contract with Green Sky.
