Brenda was fantastic. My AC wasn't working.. She took the time to listen to my concerns and she was able to schedule service with less than 24 hour notice. Tim was awesome. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC and fix in less than 15 minutes. Tim was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Definitely recommend WOW services.

Tim did a thorough and complete job getting our AC working again in no time. He took the time to explain the problem and potential solutions while also giving helpful tips to help the AC run smoother in the future. I highly recommend his service and am appreciative for his quick work!

Second time I have had to use Wow Services and they never disappoint. Brenda was quick to call me back and dispatch Tim and his partner to arrive in a timely manner. They both quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem within the hour of arriving. Gives me peace of mind that I can count on Wow Services for any emergency plumbing or HVAC issues.

I called for assistance at 10am, they arrived 2 hours later fixed my recirculating pump in less than 1hr and for a great price. From Brenda at dispatch, to Cody and Tim on the job site it was an excellent experience!

Brenda answered my call in the afternoon with such helpfulness and grace. We were freaking out about our fridge and she calmed me down and worked hard to get us help. And then Erik showed up like our own personal superhero. He was communicative with what’s was wrong and how he was going to help. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and by the end of the service we felt like he was a part of the family. We couldn’t be happier with his work and service.

Well, my day turned bad when I came home from work around 7 pm to find my living room turned into an indoor swimming pool. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from so I decided to call several plumbers. Nobody was available or the service call was way too high because it was considered "after hours". I decided to give these guys a shot. When I called they answered and told me I most likely had a slab leak and they can come out right away. I asked about an emergency service fee and they told me they were still within normal business hours and that it would be a free assessment. I obviously booked them right away. They came pretty quick too! Cody responded and explained to me the steps like having to do a leak detection and then make a repair. After he did the leak detection he told me it was a slab leak and gave me a few options to choose from which was nice. I didn't feel limited and blown off like the other companies made me feel. After he was done and we were closing out he told me that he can provide me with even more savings with their membership program. The membership was only $50 but it took $100 off my total price that day. So overall I got an additional $50 off and a membership for free for an entire year. These guys are hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I don't ever write reviews but from the first call, the visit, and up to the follow up call from the office to ask how everything was going the day after I just had to tell everyone how much they really wowed me. Thank you Cody and the team for making this horrible situation easy. I will make sure to always call you guys if I ever need help again.

Had Cody and Gio at my home and they were so professional! Was very thorough and explained the process of my sewer line and why it needed repairs. They gave me a few options to choose from on getting my sewer line repaired. Thank you both for getting this done in a timely matter.
