I've used Bell Products for both my home and business. They have provided years of great service, maintenance, and repair. I highly recommend Bell and Scott Fletcher for any HVAC needs you may have. Scott's work ethic and attention to detail is excellent. His HVAC knowledge is beyond belief.

Scott Fletcher is the best!! Very knowledgeable and experienced. He is very informative on letting you know what’s going on so you feel in the loop. He has helped us multiple times and always cleans up after himself. Very kind, easy to talk to and trustworthy!! On top of all that he’s fast and gets the job done right!! We highly recommend Scott.

Scott Fletcher did a fantastic job on my house. We were having heater problems and he came out right away and fixed it the same the day. My AC stopped working. I called Bell Products in Napa and the next day David D. Responded to my residence. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He spend all morning working on the AC and assured me he wasn’t leaving till everything was fixed. He kept me up to date on the progress and fixed the problem the same day. Thank you for the quick response and great service!

We have used Bell Products for both new and existing installations, and especially their service department with excellent results. The Service group is outstanding, especially Scott Fletcher. He is extremely conscientious and takes the time to explain everything he does clearly and in a manner that a homeowner can understand. Highly recommend Bell Products !!

I have hired Bell on several occasions for repairs on my old system and for other properties, and I have had only positive experiences. The first time I called them, they sent out Scott, who was able to diagnose and repair my heater's problems on the same day. The next time that I called them was for a different problem involving my AC compressor. I asked for Scott again and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem that same day, again. My mother-in-law had issues with her AC at another property and I asked for Scott by name, once again. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with her AC unit right away. The level of service with Scott at Bell is way above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. I would give more stars and Kudos if I could.

We called Bell out for an electrical issue with our heating/cooling system. They sent out a Technician named Scott Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher diagnosised the issue right away went out to his truck and installed the new part within minutes. While here he conducted an overall check up on our system and found a rag in our blower. I have no idea how it got there or how long it had been there. If Mr. Fletcher's hadn't been so through and detailed who knows what could have happened. Possible complete breakdown of our system costing us more money or worse fire! I hate to think of it. We will never call or recommend any other HVAC company and will ask for Scott always.

Bell Products always keeps us running no matter what. Scott Fletcher is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to HVAC. There is no problem he cant solve and always has us up and running in no time. He also helps out around the clock which is very beneficial to a site that runs 24/7 and is very dependent on its cooling. Scott has also helped me with some personal HVAC concern at my own home which have also been great. Like I if I ever had a HVAC problem there's no one else besides Scott I would want working on it.
