Great experience getting my heat pump installed! Osvin gave me some great info on heat pumps and what to look for. Victor and his team were some of the hardest working and polite technicians I have dealt with. They knew exactly what they were doing as these guys are pro's! The worked with me to get all my request's met. When I noticed that one of the pieces of equipment (mitsubishi heat pump) was dented in shipping, no questions were asked and they immediately replaced it that day! It was an absolute pleasure working with Red Mountain Heating and Air. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Osvin and his team did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and new zoned AC system in our home. Great final product, great communication throughout and great service in a busy household with a dog and two kids! A+ work and would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the timely and professional services Red Mountain Heating and Air provided us recently. They do both repairs and installations that worked to our advantage in terms of time and expense. And better yet, we later learned that they are authorized Bryant dealer when Osvin, owner of Red Mountain, came for the initial service visit. Even though we weren’t looking for any particular brand but, as one of the yelp review stated, it could be more cost efficient if deal with the brand directly. I wish I had price comparison to offer but we decided to go ahead with Red Mountain without getting quotes elsewhere.

Based on our instincts and a bit good luck, Red Mountain turned out to be a good choice from the long list of many other heating companies on the internet. Clarisa was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. I appreciate her care to my family without heat in the cold winter nights because she pressed to have Osvin came out the same day from his other job site. Clarisa also stayed on top of communication, including emailing contract and confirm installation date. Osvin, the owner, came on time and was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He was able to help us order a new unit and do the installation all within 4 days! Osvin gave us a date and he delivered.

For company like Red Mountain Heating and Air that strikes to earn its good reputation and start rating in an honest way(not paying for boosting fake reviews), I am more then happy to take time to put in a few good words for them. Thumbs up!

Our forced air heating furnace broke down, and Osvin was able to come the next day to correctly diagnose the repair that would be needed. He ordered the part right away, got back and fixed the furnace as soon as the part arrived. Osvin was a pleasure to do business with, charge was reasonable, response time and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had our ducts replaced. We obtained three bids and red Mountain was the best value. Osvin and Clarisa were very responsive to all questions and the job was completed within two weeks including the HERS testing. Julian and team completed the actual removal and install of new ducts in one day and we recommend Red Mountain without hesitation.

After getting quotes from five installers, we chose Red Mountain to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system in our house. Their prices were fair, they were responsive and honest, and they did good quality work with 5 years warranty. Osvin and his crew were efficient and professional, kept the house clean, and handled all the necessary permits, plumbing and electrical work. The system works great and we are very happy.

Osvin and his team helped us with our house and another condo, they installed the Furnace and AC for us, also applied city permit. Their price is the BEST among 10 Quotes we received. They use pretty brand. Their team working really hard and efficient. Highly recommend if you need help with your HAVC.

I've had Red Mountain's team to install a Daikin 48k BTUs heat-pump system in my house. I was very pleased with their professionalism and overall experience hiring them.

I just finished having a AC heat pump ductless system installed... I live in Tennessee Valley, and it gets cold and foggy in May, June and July, so we've had a chance to use the heat to take the chill out of our main open kitchen dining, living room. Also tested the AC cooling function in the hot sun room in back of the house, which gets southern exposure and the room it worked like a charm..

I did a lot of research before choosing Red Mountain Heating and Air, .. They were less expensive, and are up to date on the $3,000 rebate program. They did a good job, and used top of the line Mitsubishi equip.
