I called them late in the day, and they said they could be at my house first thing in the morning . I said that would be great. They showed up right on time and had my master cool evaporative cooler repaired and working pretty quickly. I also had them service my air conditioner. They were prompt and professional. I would definitely call them again.

These guys were selected by my warranty company. They showed up within 24 hours of me submitting the claim. I was leaving for vacation in 2 hours, they made a point to show before I left. I thought they were gonna come check stuff out and submit required repair to my warranty company. They fixed the problem on site with ease and speed. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Never used them before, but will definitely request them from here on out!

Cathedral City AC to the rescue!! After another vendor supposedly made repairs, my AC was still not functioning properly. Thankfully Cathedral City AC diagnosed and PROPERLY repaired the system. The techs arrived promptly (same day), were professional, knowledgeable and performed before and after testing to insure the repairs resolved the problems. The desert temperatures have been extreme and Cathedral City AC understands the importance of a speedy response. We are very thankful to this company for restoring the cool air!

We had a quotes for just a compressor at $3500. All I can say is that these guys in the busiest hottest part of the summer came out here right away when we called and got things going. I can tell you these guys are trustworthy honest And I’m so glad we went with them.

This company was highly recommended, so I gave them a call. I requested a new thermostat, they installed a faulty re-used thermostat. They also installed used filters and shoved them in place since they were not the size that was needed. Unfortunately, I did not stay to see them finishing up the work, but very disappointed with the end results, they charged my credit card, and did not provided an invoice.

When your AC goes out, in the middle of a hot summer in the Coachella valley, I wouldn’t call anyone other than Cathedral City AC. Max was very responsive and quick to arrive!! We arrived home from a long trip to find our air conditioner was not working and it was 102 degree weather. Cathedral City had two courteous and professional service techs at our home the next morning who promptly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and quickly had the unit back in operation.
