I found AirTech on Google and called when my unit started acting up. They scheduled a repair quickly and had great communication before/after the appointment. Anthony arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient in checking the unit and provided his analysis that while operational (for now) I might want to consider replacing the old unit for a more energy efficient model. Another appointment was set for Gil to come assess my home and provide a reasonable quote. Gil was friendly and professional, he answered my many questions with patience and kindness. Highly recommend this company for their customer service and plan to use them in the future!

Matt Z. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing our A/C. He was able to explain the problem and possible solutions to my husband and I using both layman’s terms (for me) and technical jargon (for my husband, who is an engineer). He was able to save time (ahem, labor and thus our money) by using a flexible snake-camera (maybe a borescope?) to quickly diagnose the issue with our A/C without tearing the unit apart. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone looking to have their A/C serviced or repaired. Additionally, he sent a picture and a brief bio of himself ahead of time. I loved that he did this without being asked or prompted to by me. As a mother with two little girls at home, this made us feel safe opening the door for him.

I’ve used Air Tech for many years and have always received top notch service, including a recent full system replacement. My service technician, David Chen, is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and communicative at every visit. Great guy who really cares. When I need to schedule, the office is friendly and responsive. Truly a first class operation and happy to be a customer.

Matt came out to our house yesterday to fix our thermostat which ended up needing to be replaced. He was incredibly nice, professional, efficient and respectful of our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us two remedies along with quotes while explaining the pros and cons of each and was even able to shuffle his schedule to have the work finished swiftly that day. I highly recommended AIR-TECH Air Conditioning & Heating and Mr. Eric Bribiesca's service. Due to my job relocation, I have to work abroad and rent my apartment to a tenant. Eric and his technicians checked my aged AC and heating unit to find out the problem and recommended replacing it because of the safety concern and regulations. Eric has been professional and patient to explain everything through international phone calls, and even offering temp heating devices to my tenant due to the cold weather while waiting for the ordered new unit to arrive. This company is top notch. Six months ago my 1998 Carrier died. They promptly and professionally installed a 5 ton A/c unit and furnace. Also put in a 3 zone system and air scrubber. Very satisfied with their work.
