I would like to say Thank You to Ernesto Soria. He was very helpful and went above and beyond for us with a very fast turn-around time. My mother in law's water boiler went out and not only did he install the new one but he also helped us figure out it still was under warranty and personally called the company and registered the info on their website so we could get a new one with no additional cost. He also repaired her heater/AC and installed a new thermostat. Very reliable service. We will be going to him with any future plumbing needs and HVAC needs. I would give him a 10 star service review but they only have 5. He even took me to home depot in his work truck and gave me a jump cause my car battery died. I am beyond grateful for his help and his time thanks again.

Ernesto installed 3 Mitsubishi mini splits In our bedrooms which provide a/c or heat. OMG they are so quiet and the a/c worked perfectly during our heat wave in Alameda. Ernesto and Rich were thorough and neat. They cleaned up each day and the final job was even complimented by the city inspector. I definitely recommend Bay Area Comfort HVAC!

Recently my A/C system stopped working and looking around found Bay Area Comfort HVAC Inc. Ernesto the owner came out and took a look at the system and was able to pinpoint the problem. He ordered the new part once it came in he noticed it was missing a bushing. Instead of ordering from the local HVAC store he went out to the only store that had the part 30 miles out just to get the system running today. Really impressed with his work, friendliness, and professionalism.
