Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

My furnace stopped working Monday morning. I called these folks around lunch time on Monday. First thing Tuesday AM Frank was here to get my furnace back working.
In short order he had diagnosed the issues and got started on the repair. My furnace is working good as new now. I went up and took some pictures of the finished product. My 11 year old furnace is cleaner than it was when it was brand new and is running just as good as the day it was installed thanks to Frank.
I know it can be hard to find good contractors. I would certainly call these folks again!

I would like to give a shout out to Sam, the senior technician who came to my home last Saturday (on short notice) to provide a consultation for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. He spent an extended period of time giving full detailed and easy to understand information about how the appliances worked and what would be most appropriate for my needs. Very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure to work with Jose and Benny. They treated my home and me with respect. They kept me informed throughout the process and work with me on the Nest thermostat. The is a top quality team and business. The whole process was above board.

Our furnace went out and the techs and installers (Mike & Benny) were all so amazing with keeping us all informed, especially Susie who works in the office. But what really showed me how great this company was, is that they saw our handle to our screen door wasn’t functioning and they were so kind to offer to fix the issue. They fixed it in 5 mins. You don’t see this type of generosity anymore, so we appreciate that! Our furnace and air conditioner were replaced for a great price and we couldn’t be happier. Appreciated quick response when we needed new heater after the one we had started smoking one evening. Sam, the senior tech/sales lead patiently explained the problem and solution, and set up installation in a couple of days. The techs Benny and Emilio were professional, friendly, neat and efficient. The owner, Mike, even came to assist so that the job could be completed
in one day. It was clear that taking good care of his customers and employees were top priorities.

First, I cannot rave enough about the customer service . They text when they are on the way to your home. They’re quick, efficient and respectful of you & your home. Second, our new heating/cooling system is amazing. No more hot or cold spots. The air flow has improved 100% with their suggestions of how to fix that issue. A regular cleaning & maintenance plan is easy to set up (necessary) and is painless & reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We are so happy!

Service was very prompt and thorough. Sam arrived on time and was very professional. He explained in detail what was causing the issues with our A/C unit and offered several options for repair. He was able to complete the work on site at the time of inspection in a timely manner. We really appreciate his dedication and will be using him again for any future needs!

Our experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was fabulous. Every part of the process was great, from our initial call about our old, dead furnace to the installation. They were very quick to respond, efficient, and professional. We'd spent a week in the cold trying to find a good, reputable service. One was a flake and another company was unresponsive. When we called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning, we got immediate attention and help. They scheduled us for the next day. The technician, Sam, arrived promptly the morning after our call to assess the situation with our 45-year old furnace. As we expected, he recommended replacing it. He offered a very reasonable estimate for the job and was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. He explained what to expect the next day.

The installers, Jose and Emilio, arrived early in the morning. Before they came they texted us (as Sam also had done) and we could track their progress. They were really nice, friendly, professional, and efficient. They laid down mats to protect our floors and got right to work. They completed the installation quickly and unobtrusively, then tested it, showed us the work they did and explained the new furnace. They showed us how to change the filters and left us the manuals for the furnace and the new thermostat.

It was such a pleasure and so refreshing to work with a company that actually provides excellent customer service and friendly, competent, and professional workmanship. I can't overstate how nice and how responsive everyone involved has been. We highly recommended this company.

I have used several HVAC companies over the years and Smart Heating is the best. I would recommend Mike and his team. Emilio and Jose installed my new heater and air conditioner today.
