The technician - Bryan - arrived on time and was very kind. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us fix our plumbing issue. He made the experience pleasant and was easy to talk to! My household had a clogged laundry draining pipe. Tech Carlos came in pretty fast not long after we made the request online. He assessed the issue pretty quickly and resolved it in the next minute. There's also warranty if things turned out not working. Highly recommending their services!

We have a main pipe clog in late night and Rooter Hero sent Cris to help us to check the issue. He helped us to fix the main sewage pipe clog and keep us posted of the progress during the whole project. The whole fix took couple days and Cris was very knowledgeable and professional to assure us to understand the different stages of the repair. Thank you Cris and cannot ask for more. I am not usually one to leave reviews but today is different. The interaction that I experienced with my Tech Cjance was amazing! He made sure I understood every step of the process and ensured me that the job would be done in a timely fashion and he was very professional. I have had bad experiences with some companies in the past but thanks to his wonderful professionalism I know what company I want to contact for all of my future needs!
