Technician Vlad, who had installed our Trane HVAC system last year, quickly diagnosed and repaired the Air Conditioner. The problem was a defective contactor (or relay) which prevented the compressor from cooling. Excellent repair under warranty!

After last summer's hot and muggy weather, my wife and I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new air conditioner for our home that had never needed one since we're about a mile from the ocean. And when the government announced that they were giving out income tax credits for the installation of heat pumps, that made it a no-brainer.

So, about a month ago I got serious about getting bids for the job. I checked Yelp and found seven highly rated companies to reach out to.

Within a week, I had six bids (one dropped out). My two lowest bids were pretty much the same price, so it came down to which company felt best to me. Based on my interactions with the company during the bidding process, and the strong recommendation of a neighbor who had used the company to install a new furnace, I chose Ez Breezy.

And boy, am I glad I did!

I called Ez Breezy and got on their schedule for the installation almost immediately. This past Saturday the team removed my old, inefficient gas furnace and attic ductwork and installed an entirely new high-efficiency gas furnace and attic ductwork. We were up and running that evening.

Then, today, they came out to install my new heat pump air conditioner, mounting the condenser on wall behind my garage. They finished up the same day and the A/C works like a charm.

The crew was amazing! Super nice guys who know exactly what they're doing and who don't screw around one little bit. The installation was difficult because our house is on three levels and the crew had to run the line set through the floors, but they handled it like champs.

Ez Breezy gets my HIGHEST recommendation. They are hands down the best of the best!

Ed and his entire team are absolutely fantastic. They are highly knowledgeable, honest, communicative, competitively priced. Ed made the entire process easy and manageable which was extremely helpful given we were feeling with a plethora of contractor related issues with our home. I truly couldn't recommend a vendor more thank so Ed. Do yourself a favor and hire him. He will NOT disappoint.

Anton provided a great service. He cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts. The price is reasonable to me and I am satisfied with the quality of the service. I haven't tried other service but I felt this is a great experience overall and highly recommended.

Turns out our AC unit was not working due to our own error (the circuit breaker needs to be on for cold air to flow... lol), the company was still very professional & easy to work with! If anything happens in the future, we'll contact them again!

Anton was great. On time, friendly and professional. Ducts cleaned and he was also able to check why our new AC wasn’t turning on (it wasn’t wired correctly) all in a timely manner.

This is my second positive review of Ez Breezy:
OH, WOW! That was the expression from my wife and daughters when they felt the rush of cool air coming from our new HVAC system installed by Ez Breezy Heating & Air. At the suggestion of Ez Breezy we removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a dual heat pump system for our two story house. It was a big job but they got it done in 1-1/2 days. They were quick, efficient and the work was of high quality. Vlad and his crew were great to work with and Dan is a very knowledgeable Tech and Consultant who walked me through the process.
Their prices are very reasonable and transparent, no surprises. I highly recommend Ez Breezy and already have.
