Beyond cool installed a mini split in a garden room that my central AC didn't cool well enough. Jimmy came out to do the estimate and gave me information and answered questions so I could make a decision. Then Zach and Jimmy and Mitchell came out and installed the unit. They were on time, professional, and let me know how things were progressing. They cleaned everything up perfectly and did a great job placing the inside unit and the outside condenser.
I did develop a problem with condensation, unfortunately on the holiday weekend, but Jimmy was able to come out the day after the holiday and fixed the problem quickly - and now it works great and cools off my room so I can use it!
Their price was the best of 3 and I feel I got good value.

We were recommended to this company by a friend who lives in Granite Bay. I called and spoke with Zach (I believe) on the phone-turns out that Zach is a LIFESAVER! Our AC stopped cooling the day the weather was supposed to reach 108 degrees. We called and he came out within 2 hours. He told us his estimate arrival time & even texted us when he was on his way. When he arrived he was courteous and professional. He was able to fix our unit with a part he had on his truck and our AC is back to cooling our home again. Thank you so much!

We had our AC unit go out on the hottest day of the year recently...we knew the HVAC companies would be slammed but we tried our luck and to my surprise Jimmy from Beyond Cool was at our door that same afternoon! He went right into action and had our unit working better than before within an hour. He was polite and professional, explained the issue in a way we could understand and walked us through everything! He was even able to fix an old damper motor issue that 2 other HVAC companies weren't able to resolve. We will only work with Jimmy from Beyond Cool from now on!
