I seldom take the time to write reviews and if this wasnt a work order from my insurance "PENNY" would have lost this company my buisness. As a business owner I seriously urge the owners to follow up on her bad reviews before it does cost them clients. When she says to me "anyway" after I apologize for having to cut her short as my dr. Walked in the room, and "oh wow really"when I say I would have to get with my insurance as they (a/c dont work weekends (according to penny) and she calls and lies to my insurance saying i was cancelling .oh and did I foeget to mention that she said (extremely rudely) "we will cancel the order" becuse we are not holding that big piece of equiptment until you can schedule. Christ i askw for feb 9th not months.! Anyway, like i said....somoeone should follow up theres more in my mere 3 calls with her. Terrible!!!! Bad bad look for the company

First, being honest, it took approximately 2 months to install the air conditioner. However, it was not their fault due to the slowdown of products caused by the world pandemic.
Penny, the office manager, answered my calls every time which is unusual! She was professional and honest about the situation. Penny was also kind and understanding over the difficult circumstances.
They promised 1.5 to 2 months and they honored that promise. The technicians were professional, and worked hard from 8am to 5:30pm. They treated me like the mom I am by answering my dumb questions.
The air conditioner works perfectly. I would definitely contract their services again. Thank you for your professionalism. I would like to suggest, in this incredibly challenging time, that people stay calm and speak to others with kindness and understanding. The employees are doing their very best to solve their problem as quickly as possible.

I had two nitrogen test previously and was told I needed a “special” nitrogen test. Did not know it involved cutting up new copper pipes and not repairing them when process done. No leaks discovered when process was complete at $500 for nothing.

We had two mini splits installed and are extremely pleased with the service provided. Bill, Gary and Oscar are all very professional, nice, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care the entire installation in one day. I am really happy to know them and this company. I highly recommend them. You won’t find any better.

Great experience from beginning, starting with Penny (great on the phone and I am sure is the one who keeps things afloat) to end (when Oscar came a fixed our issue). Oscar is an amazing tech, took time to explain what went wrong, educate on how things work and what to do and what not to do, great conversation while he worked, all-around great human being. Very reasonable pricing, happy happy.

We had ACE replace our AC and heater, they ended up moving everything into the attic. The end result is a seriously out of balance system that can blow a candle out from across the room upstairs, but does very little downstairs. Bill and I discussed this no less than 4 seperate times, but he didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. Its bad in the Summer, but my house downstairs was 49 degrees this morning. Im bundled up on my couch under blankets. I feel bad leaving a review like this, but im really pretty upset considering the money paid. Be sure A BALANCED SYSTEM is part of your contract! If there are issues, don't be the nice guy... make Bill fix them

I've used Bill (owner) twice now, and both times have been a great experience! Very knowledgeable, fast service, VERY affordable both times. He is very honest, no hidden charges, no curbside pricing. Plan on using them for all of my HVAC needs and referring them to everyone I know

First of all, I'm angry because I had an appointment today and nobody called me to cancel the appointment so I have one of my tenants sitting in the heat for a month and I didn't get a call back.
