I gave this place 2 stars only because when we finally got a second tech out he was nice and knew what he was doing. As for the company they are unprofessional, do not return phone calls, takes many days to actually get someone to your house, and doesn't seem to want to do the work to fix the problem and make money .

Lost the compressor motor in my AC at 730am. Called Rick and he came by on his way to another job. Figured out what was wrong and said he would be back same day to repair. Went and did his other two jobs, picked up my part and had our AC back running by 515. Job done well at a fair price.
