Air Zone Heating and Air Conditioning

I was just searching google for the number to Air Zone which is a company I have used for the past 5 years. I noticed a one star review so I had to post my review. The only reason I can think of is that the person who gave them 1 star has them confused with a different Air Zone. I have been in the Riverside area since 2004 and have tried multiple HVAC companies. Air Zone is now the only company I will call. His response time is always super quick and he has always figured out the problem immediately upon arrival. He doesn't over charge and I feel he is super trustworthy.

Unable to diagnose the problem so blamed my heater for being too big for my square footage! Really, after 13 years since istallation? Just admit you dont know what's wrong!

I'm not sure who wrote the other review but the man who came to my house sent from my warranty company was super helpful and immediately pinpointed the issue with my heating, being my thermostat, and replaced it on the same visit, left his number in case another problem comes up. Great service.

Louie was great and helped us get our AC working. Thank you Louie.
