What can you say about this company. The list could go forever. The home warranty sent them out to repair the air and furnace after another contractor had problems getting it repaired. They said there were things wrong that didn’t pass code updates and refused to look at the furnace until we paid them over 1000.00. When told that was too much, that we could do the repair s for inspection cheaper they left. They then sent their report to fidelity saying the problem was preexisting so now the claim is denied. I have to find a reputable company to repair it without trying to make extra money on the side. When I spoke to them they blamed it on fidelity and when I spoke to fidelity they said the report was from glenair . We are probably going to install a whole new system and hopefully not have to deal with fidelity but definitely stay away from glenair. If we had paid the 1000.00 ransom we probably would have air conditioning right now.

This company is horrible. Phone Numbers listed do not work. Found an old receipt and used the number there to call. Been calling all weekend no response even though they are open Saturdays. Finally picked up today regarding a brand new ac unit they installed just 3 years ago and now the ac stopped working. Called to see if they could come see the issue said it's outside of labor warranty so they earliest can come is in 10 days. The fan is working fine so it must be the install they did that is causing the issues. I highly recommend you look to someone else to do your installs.

Glenair is awesome! I had a problem with my heater a few weeks ago and they took care of me. Very professional, great communication, on time and the pricing was reasonable as well. It’s nice to finally have someone in heating/air that I can trust! I will definitely be referring them to family and friends.

Technicians explained exactly what would take place and when.
Will recommend to anyone in need. I am a Realtor, so I come across clients with Heating and AC needs often and this is now my go to company.

I just bought a new house and the AC made during the home inspection. With in the first three weeks I had to call home repair on three separate occasions because the AC went down on triple digit heat. The first guy came out and replaced the thermostat and that lasted a day or two. Then the blower went out and they sent out Mike from Glen Air. He changed the blower and it worked great, but after a few hours it blew hot air. The third time Scott came out from Glen air and did a thorough inspection the unit and let me know in the 27 year life of the unit it had never been cleaned and had to be replaced. Home repair agreed at first and then sent a second opinion from another company. He said it could be cleaned, but told me on the side it would need to be replaced soon ( like in a month) and to call him and he could h ave his buddy do it.
At that point home repair decided they weren't going to pay for a thing. I was broke and frustrated after the move, but Anita and the guys at Glen air were great. She said I had been through enough and gave me a great price for replacing the the entire heating and AC unit, basically what they charge home repair.
It was a great deal and I had to do it for my family, but Anita didn't stop there. She continued to help me plead my case to home repair and they contacted me that same day. They agreed with Anita and decided to pay for more then 60% of the new unit and installation. Talk about a blessing!!!
Scott and Mike came out and put ina beautiful brand new unit and walked me through how to use and maintain it in the future. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

This business is complete garbage. I unfortunately had them assigned to me through my home warranty. I had numerous problems with this company. They changed their arrival window last minute, didn't even fix the A/C problem, and refuse to answer their phone or call me back (during normal business hours) to schedule the follow up technician to come in. It's been 3 days since the 1st technician came out with no response from the company. I called Fidelity Home Warranty to sort out the mess, and they couldn't even get anyone from this company to respond, needless to say I had Fidelity switch the A/C company. If you want to have your A/C fixed, call any other company but this one. They are worthless.

We had to replace our AC unit and unfortunately my home warranty company assigned them to me. They refuse to do the work according to my city's standards and was charging me extra in order for me to pass inapection. They basically told me I am screwed and they will not comply to the city's standards unless I pay. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and find a better company for your heating and cooling needs.

Great customer service! They installed a new air conditioner for us and it works great!! Very professional and done in a timely manner! I would definitely use this company again!! Highly recommend!! :)

Had my initial appointment, the rep came he was very knowledgeable. was told he would have to come back and do an isolation test, got a message from home warranty said glenair would contact me for follow up appointment, gave them a couple days to do that but it never happened. since then I've called 5 times starting Aug 5th, left multiple voicemails to attempt to set up the 2nd appointment. no one has called me back, this company is a complete waste of your life. if you are ever assigned to this company please just /hard pass and get someone else so you won't be left hanging

Horrible customer service in the office and the field. Service technician was nice but did not fix the issue. We've been waiting for them to properly fix our AC for three weeks. There isn't any parts getting ordered, there shouldn't be any hold ups. If you have an insurance claim or warranty with them they dont care about you. The office gals are a joke, cant handle scheduling or callbacks, get your act together.
Dont go with this company.
