Joe assisted with our outdated unit and brought our heater back on in our mobile home. His work ethic is definitely very rare nowadays. Joe the person I talked to was very knowledgeable and knew right away my problem when I described it. Joe did an excellent job installing our water heater. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional! We needed a new water heater over the holiday and Joe was able to fit us in the same day!

The wall furnace would not stay lit & called Kaplan for service. Joe promised Tuesday AM appointment, was a little behind schedule, but kept his word. The technician was tied up on another job so Joe came out & provided the service. After his diagnostics, he provided 2 scenarios and the 1st part was the culprit. My 1st transaction with Joe & will keep his # on file for future issues. Thank you.

The technician used no tools and only guessed that it needed Freon. He then gave me An Estimate of $700 to add Freon. He said that if that didn’t work he was willing to sell me a new unit for $5,000.
He then demanded the service call fee. He could clearly see my wife and three kids and knew that this was a desperate situation. This company clearly is out for the money and Srvice is not a part of what they offer. I suggest go elsewhere and do not ever call this company.
