Kel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

My heater went out (of course during the coldest time I can remember in years). I was referred to them by a neighbor, they came out the next day and quoted me a quarter of what another company did. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Kel-Aire and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

After researching local HVAC companies we were very happy to have found Kel-Aire. Rob was great and gave us a fast and fair estimate. The team were all very courteous and professional. Our heating and cooling systems now work perfectly.

I have been a customer of Kel-Aire for over 30 years, and I recently needed to replace my Heater and AC. In spite of how busy they were, Kel-Aire managed to get my new furnace and AC unit installed earlier than scheduled, so that I can have a warm and comfortable house. I highly recommend them for their efficiency but also for their kindness.

Rob at Kelaire saved us during a 10 day heatwave with temps hitting 100° daily. Combined with the smoke from surrounding fires, we were shut up in the house with no AC and unable to keep windows open. I had back surgery scheduled and have been a long time customer, so Rob helped move along the installation of new AC and furnace. Rob and his crew were on time, explained everything, and got the new equipment up and running beautifully in one day. I will keep using Kelaire for as long as I'm in this house! After doing a ton of research, decided on a 2 stage / Carrier dual fuel (heat pump and furnace) system. After multiple bids; Kel-Aire was the obvious choice to install our new HVAC. Their professionalism, communication, and honesty during the bidding was apparent from day one. Moreover, the bid itself was very competitive compared to the other highly reviewed businesses in the area.

For the install: the crew arrived on time, and took the time to make sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Their techs worked with the manufacturer directly to make sure our dual fuel system not only worked, but did so in the most efficient way possible (the whole point of choosing this system). The units have worked flawlessly in the weeks since the install, but if anything did happen, I have 100% confidence in Rob and his crew to make it right.

My husband and I just had a new furnace installed by Kel-Aire, Rodeo. Rob, and his employees were great. The job they did was over the top. We highly recommend Kel-Aire.

We had 2 other co. that were highly rated that could not fix our 5 year old fridgedare furnace over the holidays,we tried Kel-air a repair man named Aaron was able to fix it under an hour for the minimum charge he was very polite and very professional he even fixed our thermostat that was hanging on one side with tape my wife being a realtor will highly recommend Kel-air furnace in the future.

Phil from Kel-Aire is able to take care of the A/c and Heaters the first time around. We get excellent service and know that it will be repaired the right way. I only use Kel-Aire Heating and A/c they are the best. Thank you for your excellent service.
