Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

We have an annual service contract with Bragg for our heat pump HVAC system, so we see them twice a year. They are always a pleasure to deal with and very thorough with our system. Their employees are professional and timely, and very knowledgeable.

Excellent maintenance service on our tankless water haters and our heat pump and mini split system. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and clearly answered all my questions. I highly recommend!

Tracy did a quick check of our AC and partial flush our hot water heater and Carrie set it all up. Not only were they personable and charming, but they kept me apprised of the timing for Tracy’s arrival. I highly recommend them!!

I contacted them that morning that I was available early, and he arrived promptly after that. He was professional, courteous and knew what was required. He saw that there was a small air leak behind the insulation and repaired it. That allowed more air to circulate into the house.

The Bragg Company installed our tankless water heater and did a GREAT job, two years ago. It was time for servicing, which was done today. They are excellent in every way. I love the tankless water heater, and I'm glad to have a company I can rely on to keep it working properly.

Woke up with no hot water. Called Bragg at 9am. The dispatcher cleared the schedule for one of their techs. Gabriel was here at 11:30, explained the issue, they worked with us on the price, and Gabriel went to work. The dispatcher made sure he was ready for an installation and by 4:00 we had a new water heater. Gabriel was efficient, friendly, courteous, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. If it had to happen, we couldn't be happier with the experience, and feel relieved to have found a plumbing company we can call on if anything else goes wrong.

Great experience with Gabrial who went well beyond the call of duty when the wrong toilet was supplied by another company. He worked diligently and professionally to get the correct toilet supplied and installed in our home.

I had scheduled for a HVAC maintenance. The technician didn't show up on time, nobody call me letting me know he/she was running late. I had to call twice. Finally, when the technician arrived he was 2 and half hours late.
