Central heat was not pushing hot air, I had another HVAC company tell me that my unit was not fixable and that I could buy a new furnace system (7K) from them, that was their fix. I called Dennis he was very responsive looked at my heating unit and w/in 5 mins informed Me that he cleaned the system of a lot of dust and particles which was causing the system to overheat and turn off. Replaced the air filter and just charge me a minimal service fee. Dennis saved me 7K. I would recommend him to anybody, and will definitely go to him again if needed. Top notch customer service, thank you I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Worst service I got ever! On the appointment day they didn’t show up at all and called them many times, didn’t get any response! It was waiting my time, if they are busy or they could not come they should just let me know. How unprofessional it is!

We desperately needed our forced air heater in our mountain home repaired. I was fortunate that someone recommended OBE. Dennis was able to stop by at the end of a day. He spent quite a while diagnosing the issue and determined a new circuit board was needed. He had the part within a few days and again came at the end of the workday. He popped it in and TADA! We had heat! He charged us a VERY reasonable amount for labor only since the part was under warranty. For the two trips out, I thought it would cost more. He also informed us about the specs on the furnace (since it was in place when we bought the cabin) and made recommendations regarding the filter configuration.

Dennis clearly knows his stuff and is a nice guy to boot. His communication with us was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Do NOT recommend!! Absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. I had to call Dennis every week for 4 weeks to get my furnace repaired. He came out multiple times and did not give any updates as to what was going on. When it was finally fixed he never let us know. I had to call another week later for him to say, "oh sorry, yes it's fixed now". Do NOT recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but Obe absolutely deserves to be recognized for utterly outstanding service. Called to inquire about scheduling a furnace repair and received a call back within an hour or two. I’m fairly mechanically inclined so I was going into this with a good knowledge of the symptoms and error codes. I relayed this information to Obe and over the phone he prescribed a list of actions I could take myself to more than likely solve the issue. He was spot on. The fact that he can recognize and interpret symptoms and error codes over the phone and afterwards offer free consultation as to how the customer can fix the issue is something that is extremely rare in the service industry anymore. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend the services of this company.

I'm new to the area so I found this business with 4.5 stars thinking I can't go wrong with the repair on my air conditioning. I spoke to "Dennis" who said he'll be in touch with me after he looks at his schedule. He said he can be out on Thursday which I said that's perfect since we will have some overnight company that weekend. Well, he never called back. In fact, I called him on Wednesday to firm up his arrival. He answered and said he'll be there "sometime" Thursday. It was about 3:00 Thursday when I called him...NO answer. I called the office, they said they'll get a hold of him. The next day (Friday), he called in the am and had some excuse about leaving the "paperwork on his desk down the hill" on Thursday and he'll come by later in the day. Again, I couldn't get a hold of him to ask when he was going to be by. On Saturday, while we were with our out of town guests in Big Bear, Dennis called and said "today is a good day I can come by". I said, OK, I won't be back my at place until 3:00. He said, "ok, see you then". I cut our Big Bear visit short to make sure we'll be back home by 2:30, (just in case he's early). 3:00 went by, 4:00 went by and I called his number before 5:00 on the same day, (Saturday)...No answer. I called again, finally he answers and said he's off of work and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called AND texted back "DO NOT COME OVER...EVER. I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DOING MY SERVICE NOW. I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE THAT HANG UP ON ME!". I'm amazed that this company has a 4.5 star rating with that kind of rudeness. STAY AWAY from this business!!!!

This was part of a home warranty insurance claim. They were very responsive, and Jesse was absolutely awesome. He wouldn't leave until everything was in perfect shape. I highly recommend them!

The owner was so busy he couldn’t help me right away so he called me and walked me through the repair. When I asked what I owed him he said, “phone calls are free”. Wow, you don’t get that kind of help anymore. He earned my business loyalty for any HVAC service I will need in the future.

Honest, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact he tries to help solve the problem over the phone and if he can't he is very honest and does the best job saving you money. Doesn't rip you off trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I recommend him highly. Thank you Dennis your the best!!!!
