I came across a discount for new customers offering $100 off a service call so I called Express when my cooler wasn’t cooling properly. They sent a technician the next day and he found the problem. They gave me a quote for the repairs and when the job was finished, they billed exactly per the quote. No surprises, they were reliable and honest. I’ll definitely be calling again!

Was having some issues with my ice machine producing and I had received a postcard from Express so I decided to try them out. They were offering a new customer discount so I got $100 off. They sent their technician on the same day and he had it fixed in a couple hours. Super speedy and wonderful to work with. Ice machine is producing again and faster than before.

This company has very poor customer service unless your calling for a repair. We have used them for several years and the reg. technician sent seems knowledgeable. However, they sent an inexperienced guy once and he didn't know what he was doing. I called to speak with the technician about the most recent work and recommendations that he wrote after seeing a spike in work and prices in the last two months. After 2 phone calls and a week later I have yet to hear from anyone. As a result, I will not be calling them to return. I'm not sure if its dispatch or that they just don't want me to speak to the tech as I got transferred around when I initially called. Just terrible that they don't value a regular customer for their services

I highly recommend Express Refrigeration’s services! Their customer service rep, JJ, was sweet and helpful when I called. Their rates are a lot lower than a lot of the other repair shops I checked out. My technician Paul was super knowledgeable and had my equipment up and running in just hours! I’ll definitely be calling back with any other issues.

Horrible customer service. System was satisfactoryly installed years ago but multiple attempts to schedule maintenance unsuccessful. Last attempt was a no show with NO follow up until registering complaint on FB. Not how to treat customers.
