Top notch service from Mr. Rooter! Kevin provided multiple services at our house. He was friendly, professional, on time and efficient. My wife (29 weeks pregnant) and I, we’re in the middle of our house renovation when our only working toilet sprung a leak on our newly laid floors. Kevin and the office moved things around to get our new toilets set right away, so we didn’t go without. Above and beyond. They’ve earned our business. 10/10 highly recommend. Thanks Mr. Rooter.

We had our kitchen sink, disposal and sprayer replaced with stainless steel fixtures. Nick was great he came on Thursday to give us an estimate, and he had the product installed before noon the next day. He was friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and professional. We were so impressed with the work and efficiency of Nick and so happy to have found Mr. Rooter.

I called on Monday to get appointment to declog my kitchen sink. They said they can try to fit me in for Monday and would keep me updated. The timeframe was too short to see me on Monday but Tuesday was for sure from 10-12. The technician was on his way by 10:30 and was able to declog my sink, repair some pipes underneath the sink and also replace an outside faucet. The guarantee for the work done was why I went with this company.

Moved here a year ago needed my toilet fixed. Nick was great. Super fast and professional. Mr. Rooter is my plumber.

Fast response. Got the job done quickly (fixed pinhole leak), but pricing is very high. Also found out after the fact that they only replaced a 4 inch section of pipe, leaving heavily corroded pipe within 2 inches on either side -- could have cut that out as well and replaced, but I guess they were hoping to get another call from me in a few months when those sections started to leak. Unless it's an emergency, you're better off going with a local plumber. Especially for any major work, like a full home re-pipe.

Our driveway drain was plugged.
They quickly cleared the problem then I asked them to clean the entire pipe. Probably 200’ from driveway to end of drain pipe. They used a high pressure power washer system. Water was full of mud and leaves for a bit then flowed clear.
Should be a solution for many years.
They cleaned everything up after their work.

I had been referred to another local plumbing company for an issue that was going to require a very experienced plumber. It took 2 weeks for their senior technician to come out, diagnose & come up with options to resolve it. It took another 2 weeks for that company to get me the bid which was incomplete—so it took another week to get the completed bid. FIVE weeks from initial call to receiving the bid!!! I called Mr. Rooter and they sent their technician, Kevin C., out that same afternoon. He gave me a written bid while he was still on site. His proposed solution was better and made more sense than the bid that took 5 weeks to get! We scheduled and he completed the job 2 days later, fully to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Monterey!!! I was also impressed with their phone, email, and text communications regarding appointments, telling me when they were enroute, and for invoice receipts. This was one of my best experiences with a contractor. Well done, Mr. Rooter!!!
