Airmaxx was recommended to by our neighbors and they totally exceeded our expectations. The price we got for installing an entirely new heating/cooling system was more than fair, the level of professionalism was top notch and so was the workmanship.

Moreover, we had a few minor issues after our system was installed that Airmaxx was quick to address, at no additional cost. It has been a while since I have dealt with a business this committed to customer care and satisfaction. Thank you Edgar and Alex for taking care of us, we are officially Airmaxx customers for life.

First and foremost, I’m not someone who likes to leave reviews; good or bad. However, in this case, it’s a must. This team of people are the most professional group of techs I’ve ever had in my home. From soup to nuts the process was seamless. Sam was on the sales end and the six or seven fellas that showed up to install the mini-splits took care and pride in their work. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the attention to detail and final product. After a couple of estimates it was clear who would be getting my business and a customer for the long haul.

I’ll also add in no way was I ever solicited or asked to leave a review, they earned my time after the job to sing their praise. These hard-working folks will do the job right the first time.

Alex was amazing! He fixed our heater within 15 min and provided very reasonable pricing, especially compared to Anderson Heating. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and honest. I fully trust his expertise and workmanship, and we won't be working with any other company from here on out. Several of my family members have also worked with AirMaxx and have had similarly positive experiences. If another company tries to say your entire system needs replacing, call AirMaxx for a much needed honest diagnosis. (or just skip those other companies entirely!) Anderson wanted us to get an entirely new $15k system or pay $4k in repairs, AirMaxx replaced a single part for $275 and our system will keep going for years. So happy to be warm again, and to not be facing a total system replacement any time soon, or unnecessarily.

When I heat pump during a heat wave, I blow warm air in cool mode. I call Airmaxx. He identified the problem very democratically, did a lot of testing and solved the problem quickly. The problem was similar to the deterministic problem. Repair costs were much lower than expected. He spoke to me and was respectful, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and made me choose any unnecessary corrections, add-ons or replacements. and solved the problem

I continue to use AirMax for every single HVAC need I have. Just recently we had Gilbert come out and he was wonderful. He was very professional and did a fantastic job on my repair. I highly recommend Air Max and their services. They really care about doing a good job for their customers and they take a lot of pride in their work. Thank you again.

The people of this service are great. I believe that Alex was the guy who came in, he identified the problem quickly and found a solution and did a solution and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. We are going to consider them A/C since they did such a great job. I am very happy and satisfied with their work.

When I turned on my heat pump during the heat wave last week, it started putting out warm air in the cooling mode. I called Airmaxx and made an appointment. Gilbert called shortly before his arrival in the scheduled time slot several days later, then drove up when he said he would. After explaining the problem to him, he immediately went to work. He mentioned several possible problems, ran several tests, and diagnosed and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The problem was exactly what he said it was. The repair cost was much lower than expected. He listened to me, and was respectful, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He answered all of my questions clearly and did not try to sell me any unnecessary fixes, add-ons or replacement equipment.

I wish i could give this company 100 stars. If not for Alex, i would have been ripped off a five figure amount by ASI. Alex(a busy gentlemen) was here on a short notice and quickly and more importantly correctly diagnosed the issue (thermostat setting) and advised of the resolution. Unlike technicians from other companies whose real intention is to use repair/maintenance call to sell you needless new systems, Alex was honest and was on the customer side.

Gilbird is honest and wise. He carefully observes the problem with my fridge. And identifies it easily. His work technique shows his expertise. Very attentive to work and fixes my fridge quickly. Also gave me a lot of unknown information about the fridge. I was very happy
