We needed a new kitchen faucet installed. We had a pleasant and informative conversation with Northstar Plumbing personnel. Our appointment was scheduled. Kyle, our technician, arrived on time and proceeded to quickly and accurately install our faucet. He explained the features of our new faucet and left after he cleaned his work area. We greatly appreciate Kyle's and Northstar's service.

repeated-customers not by choice , story will explain 😳first trip around they were amazing and replaced and maintenance all our plumbing needs … we unfortunately had to reach out to them once again due to an emergency flood within our home while we were away out of the country and having the fire dept call us n pur hands being tied … We reached out feeling helpless as we could not do anything and it all happen on the 4th of july holiday weekend and of coarse after hours 🥹🥹but within the hour North star took over assisted us with emergency services, trust worthy company went far and beyond to put us at ease and coordinated each step to get everything fixed while away on vacation!!! Thank you North star for not only saving our home but our sanity and even our vacation!!!

I had Dustin call me, although I am on the Do Not Call list, lie and say I was a customer, and then proceeded to insult me. Well Dustin, there are consequences for violating the Do Not Call list. I will be pursuing this.

Paid an arm and a leg to fix a wall unit, after 3 technicians were sent and the unit seemed to be working, it broke down again after just 3 weeks with the same problem. They schedule me a few days out to come for repair, but stood me up and no one showed. I called their 1-800 number one hour before my appointment and again an hour into the appointment window(they never give any other direct numbers) and all they do is apologize and say the tech could not get a hold of me. Wasted my entire day and left me again with no heat!!! Beyond unprofessional and scammy. So upset and frustrated by this company!

Jason was extremely professional and thorough in his work to correct our leak. He went over and beyond in his efforts to make sure we were happy wi5h the work and to make it look as if he was never here. His friendly demeanor was just a bonus.

To start, the young lady I spoke to was very professional and accommodating to my needs. Secondly, The technician arrived on time and was very professional throughout the whole process. Over all service from start to finish was pleasant and professional. I will certainly be recommending Northstar to my friends and family.

My toilet started leaking and was flooding my bathroom floor. I had been mopping the water all day and finally called Northstar for help. Ernest came out to my house and was so professional and kind. He fixed everything so much faster than I thought it would have taken. After a day of stressing and worrying, Northstar's professional team and Ernest saved my day. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business.

I scheduled furnace service weeks ahead. Valerie called the day before to cancel, saying the tech was out sick (suspiciously, the day before Labor Day weekend). She rescheduled for a week later. The evening before the second appointment she called to cancel, saying the tech did not want to service the furnace because it was too warm; the temperature was in the 60s! Northstar obviously did not want the business and will not get any business of mine.

I had a major drainage problem in my kitchen and master bathroom. Plumber Drew quickly assessed the problem, explained the solutions clearly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Good value for excellent service.

I've been using Northstar for 2 years now, previously for AC repair work and most recently for plumbing. They are professional to work with and with the most recent plumbing issues, were able to expedite and get me an earlier appointment. With all of their repairs they offer quotes depending on what type of work you like to get done (e.g. just minimum repair, or replace certain parts). Their work comes with warranty and they have been great at following up on services performed whenever issues arise. I trust their work and highly recommend their service.
