The only one that gave me the time of the day, spoke to Travis about a bad part of an outdoor mounted heating furnace. Sent pictures and he sourced the part the same day, within hours I went and picked up the part and it fixed the issue on the rental property furnace of the in-laws we manage. I like to diagnose and fix things myself as I am very capable and technical, if there is something I am not familiar with or feel I can't do myself these are the guys I would call first! Travis was courteous and knowledgeable. I give them an A++++++
The guys helped me with a floor register, that was broke,. How nice that they did that for me. Also the girl in the office was very personable. I would NEVER use anyone else but this company.
The Ley family has been working on my HVAC for over 20yrs. Mr Ley always tries his best, but more recently I feel like everyone else just phones it in, gives a lame answer when they don’t know the problem and then racks up more service fees.
I bought my last HVAC unit from them back in 2008 and pretty much from day 1 I needed to have them come out and “repair” it every 6-months. The constant lose of refrigerant was caused by leaking pipes, but no one bothered to mention that the first couple years. Then had the pipe (inside the wall) bypassed with fresh, new line. Still had problems and every service call basically just became them telling me it had a problem, but no real solution. Finally, after the warranty was up, the pitch for buying a new HVAC started. They quoted 1 number to my elderly mother who was in the house at the time and then a different number to me (which was $2000 more). And were laughing about how it definitely needed to be replaced instead.
I have no issues with paying extra for quality service, and that’s what we used to get from them 20 years ago, but now…..well I wound up calling some no-name AC guy to come out and he fixed what Leys couldn’t after years of trouble and thousands of dollars spent. He did it for $400. I wish I had given up my trust in them years ago…….losing money is nothing….it was the stress I had to deal with every year knowing that my AC unit would have the same problems and no one would bother to truly fix it.
The owner and his son went above and beyond to troubleshoot our current air conditioning system and completed the necessary repairs in order for us to survive our current extreme summer heat! I highly recommend this business-they are heroes 🦸🏻♂️ in our book!
I called and left a message with Patty just after 5 PM on a Tuesday after accidentally cutting the copper freon line from my AC unit with a hedge trimmer causing all 7+ lbs of very expensive Freon to pour out. 😫 Patty called me back the next morning at 8 AM and when I got back to her later that day she immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning to have my unit repaired. At 9 AM on Thursday morning Andy and Blake arrived and got to work immediately. By 10am, they had the pipe repaired and the AC unit refilled with Freon, and my AC unit was blowing cold once again. This team came highly recommended from my old AC guy who is not working in the area any longer and he was correct when he stated they would do exceptional work and would give me a fair price.
I called in the morning and they sent out a technician by noon, just like they said they would. The worker on the phone and the technician, Kevin, were efficient and transparent. I appreciate that everyone was friendly and able to answer my questions. I’ll use them again for any other AC repair.
This company ( LEY ) came out and charged my system and now working great ;) . Had other companies that had came out and told me my system needed replacing . Sure was nice to find an honest company that was not out trying to just screw you over with un needed repairs or worse yet a whole new system not needed . Hard these days trying to find honest people that only do the work that needs to be done - thanks again guys for being an honest company ;) . bob fountaine
Fast great service. Best price by far we got 5 estimates and they beat very one else hands down. They came out had new unit and cooling coils & blower fan installed in 3hrs.Works great had one small issue called them, they came back next day resolved the issue in about 30 min.
