    Ricardo and his team did an amazing job! As a new homeowner, I know nothing about how A/C, HVAC, or ducts work. Ricardo stopped by the day after I sent a message and explained the process in a clear and professional manner — he really made feel at ease for our first home project. We received a quote the next day, and was able to get his team in two days later to install a ductless mini split. They arrived on time, worked until the job was complete, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them!!

    I can highly recommend this long established local business. Ricardo Valderrama not only owns the business, he also performs work in customers' homes and businesses. The person who takes the calls and schedules the jobs is very professional and really worked to get my furnace fixed asap on a cold, rainy day. Although I was scheduled for tomorrow, Mr. Valderrama called at 4:30 because he finished another job early and came on over. We will have heat tonight and I am very grateful for that extra effort. He has owned this business for 40 years and it is obvious why the company is still in business - excellent customer service and professional knowledge.

    Their tech Ricardo came out to check on our heater that was not starting. Simply resetting it seemed to get it to work so he just left his card and didn't charge for the visit. Later that day it stopped working again and he helped me diagnose and try a couple of other things over the phone, again without a charge.
    A previous company wanted to charge us ~$200 just for coming (without informing us this would be the case) and another $1000 to replace the furnaces circuit board.
    Ricardo's and Bayhill's honesty and customer service are refreshing and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services.

    Ricardo tried to tell us that our 2 year old house that was built to code need $25,000 worth of HVAC services and "good luck finding some who would take on this job" other than him.
    He was so cocky walking in and thought he knew everything.

    Luckily, we found 4 other companies willing to "take on this job" at a 1/8 of the price.

    Ms. Sandra who is answering the phone is very professional, nice, helpful and straight forward. Mr. Ricardo who come to our home to check problem is very honest, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and professional. He comes to fix the gas furnace to heat the house. He checked the fuse and did not charge us any money. We highly recommend this company. We are keeping their phone # in our contact list and recommending to our friends and neighbors. These people are out standing.

    We were off to a bad start when Owner of Bayhill Air Ricardo Valderrama came to give us a quote. He removed our old thermostat, left, and our heater wouldn't start. He had to return the next day to fix it.

    Then when the installers ​arrived a few weeks later, they brought the wrong materials and couldn't install in the backyard as agreed. So they tried to convince me to install the unit on the side walkway. This is a violation of safety code and would block the path to the back yard. They said they didn't have time to go get the extra materials​. So we spent a very cold night, ​[ 40 degrees​ ], with my 1 and 5 year old children. There was also a damaged Bush gate and air conditioner. I've tried over 20 times to communicate with Bay Hill.
    I spent the last year-and-a-half trying to get this fixed. Unfortunately, I am now forced to take Ricardo to small claims court.

    I blew up a fuse in the indoor fan unit. Ricardo first guided me on text to see if I can fix it myself. When I ran in to a dead end, he was kind enough to slot a visit at short notice and get it fixed. Very knowledgeable.

    This company has stellar costumer service and response times. I asked for help with a frozen thermostat “user error”. Two guys were out the same day! I really appreciate the response time and kindness provided by this company!!
