I have been a client of A1 Ocean Breeze for about 18 years. Why have I used Bill’s services for so long? Because he knows what he is doing, he is reliable, honest, prepared and a nice person! When Bill says he’ll be there, you can count on him and when you need air conditioning that is of primary importance. His truck is well stocked and he has always been able to diagnose the problem and has the right part to complete the repair. I highly recommend A1 Ocean Breeze!

I own a small bakery In Santa Clarita and when our AC goes down, we’re out of Business until it’s fixed. Calling around town for an emergency service proved to be quite a task, but A-1 took the call and immediately fit me into their already full schedule. Bill was phenomenal. Figured out the problem, gave me the best advice on the cost-effective solution and showed up the next day(an equally busy day I’m sure) at 8am to get me up and running before my store opened! Just an absolutely wonderful man to work with. I can’t say enough positive about my experience. I’m a customer for life now. Thanks Bill for getting Kupcake Kitchen up and running within 18 hours of my first call. Now that’s excellent service!!!!

Don't use this company!!! I called and told them it was urgent my parents are in there late eighties and my mom is in hospice care the AC stopped working. They said they would be happy to help however 30 minutes later they cancelled. Would not recommend ever

Bill services our walk in cooler at our business as well as handles our A/C needs at home. He is helpful, professional, GREAT at his job, and prompt even given his workload during this time of year. His service is worth every penny and we don't trust anyone else, the best in the SCV!

A-1 Ocean Breeze is upfront and honest with their service and pricing. At my business I have a 3-door cooler that had an electrical problem. I explained the problem to the tech and he correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He did not oversell the repair and the total bill was very fair. Now my 13 year old cooler is back to it's normal operating condition. Thank you for the excellent service!

I called A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc. on Saturday morning because my upstairs unit was making a horrible noise. Bill answered my call and let me know that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning, from the office, to get scheduled. Kim called, as expected, and squeezed me in for Wednesday afternoon. However, I got a call from her later that morning because they had a cancellation in my area. Not only did Art come out and repair my unit quickly and efficiently, but I wasn't charged an emergency fee, even though they came earlier than scheduled. It was definitely worth the wait. Reasonable prices, quick and efficient service, and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

A1 was very prompt! They are very ethical. They could have 'found' a bigger problem and charged me, but instead no parts were needed and my furnace works great! Bill is professional and efficient. Thanks!
