I called at 7am before a holiday and Arman showed that day. He was very helpful and fixed the AC. He gave me options as to how in depth to trouble shoot the problem and also explained what the issues could be in a way I was able to understand. He was efficient, kind and fixed our issue. I hope I don't have to call them again, but I will not hesitate if we have another problem with our HVAC.

Rome and his colleagues were very attentive, knowledgeable ,trustable organized and punctual . They worked hard for 2 days in row in my unit to replace a new Ac system. Before he start he explained the whole changing situation and during the work he also make sure that I am happy and comfortable with the change.

Our central AC system showed an error message and stopped working. 2 companies came and both said it was the "mother board"...needed to be ordered and replaced, could takes weeks maybe months!!! Armen from SoCal came in, did a quick check of everything and determined the Freon was a little low, topped it off and it's working fine. He identified the problem when 2 other companies couldn't and we had AC within minutes instead of waiting weeks. Plus he's a great guy, very professional, and really nice. Would recommend you skip the others and ask for Armen!!
