Morris Heating and Sheet Metal

I purchased an air conditioner from Morris when I moved into my home 12 years ago. After a short time, the AC broke and Morris diagnosed it as a broken motor and they replaced it quickly without an issue. I was surprised when I turned on the AC a couple weeks ago and it wasn't working because I only use it a handful of times every summer. I called Morris for the repair and John quickly returned my call and sent out a repairman the next day. Phil diagnosed the problem as the motor and it took a few days for them to find a replacement. Once they did, it was replaced quickly and the AC is working well now. When I called John to find out what I owed, I was surprised and delighted to learn there was no charge because of the problem I had with the motor when the AC was initially installed. This company is honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Morris for your AC needs.

Morris replaced an air conditioner in a new house we bought and even upgraded it for no charge after we were having problems,very satisfied with their work. I have been remiss to not post this over a year ago. Thank you Morris!
Now need to make appointment to have both daughters houses and our house air conditioner checked out due to the horribly high temps we have been experiencing. Would hate to have any one of them go out ! Will be calling in the morning :)

Horrible experience. Their gutters are barely 3 yrs old and leaking. They will not return calls. ZERO stars
