Front desk won’t talk to you unless you show proof of a contractors license. Even with proof they won’t sell to general contractors unless they have a HVAC license only. It’s legal for generals to install more than one trade but they don’t seem to know that. Took 30-45 minutes for Jarrett at the counter to figure out how to use a my credit card because they don’t use card chips. Took another half hour to get the guys to pull my product. Basically the only good thing here is they have enough money to over stock what you need but to much money in labor to help get anything done efficiently.

If I could give less I would, they also laid off a whole bunch of hard working people and currently hiring just cause they don’t want to do profit share.! Terrible company never purchase from here!

First and last time customer. I purchased some air conditioning line set for a new residential hvac installation. I thought everything was fine, even after the 30 minute long sale. After my purchase, it turns out that it was the wrong size and I went back for an exchange. When I did, the salesman was not at all nice. He stated that "We, should have never have sold me this product in the first place and that I wasn't aloud to buy it anyway." At this point he refused to sell me the correct size and quite smugly stated your just going to get your money back. What's up with the bad attitude Slakey Brothers? No wonder why people buy online.

Super bad customer service experience. Was in the middle of placing a large order when asked to move out the way and wait back in line because we were cash customers and not contractors. Super rude guy that obviously wasn't feeling his job. Much easier to go to Pace Supplies.

I came here the other day and I was met with disrespect and poor communication the new people don't know the material, and the women in front were being completely rude to many of the clients. The only helpful people were Sean and the older guy there. I sent one of my workers far to get material that they said they had in stock and when he got there they said they didn't have a single thing and made me waste a lot of money and time for nothing. I hope this doesn't happen with other contractors! If it wasn't for Sean I don't know what I would've done.

I don’t usually write reviews but here goes, this place is crazy busy so your patience is needed here . Whenever I am helped, I am greeted with kindness. Kevin , Josh, Jarret Martin, and Phil Ragueneau are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you with what you need; with great attitude.

I and my house guests had a happy, WARM, Christmas this year, thanks to the combined efforts of my plumber Ron Prusko and Slakey Bros. staff in Santa Rosa, CA. On Sunday before Christmas my almost-new Bryant gas furnace suddenly stopped working. Things did not look good--this may be California but the nights had been freezing. Ron came right over and tried to fix the furnace, without success. He had to wait until Monday to call Slakey Bros. in Santa Rosa, a firm which he had been dealing with for years and in whom he expressed great confidence. After talking over the situation with manager Bob and sales rep Sean, Ron tried their suggestions, but none of these solved the problem. I was growing concerned--my house guests were arriving soon for the holidays and the furnace still wasn't working. Ron decided to drive up to Santa Rosa, knowing that Slakey Bros. was closing the store for the holidays in a few hours. When he explained the situation to Bob and Sean, they fully cooperated by providing him with enough parts to address any possible problem with the furnance. As evening fell and I welcomed my first house guest, Ron was able to announce that he had solved the problem--we had heat! Thanks, Ron, and thanks to Bob and Sean. Happy Holidays to all.

I’ve been here for about 50 mins just to place an order because their system keeps crashing and that doesn’t count pulling my materials I would highly recommend to whoever is the manager of this place to solve that issue because in this business time is money and I’ve just spent more time than I should have here and it’s going to extend my job time completion expectancy

It take so long now and they seem to forget about you so you have to remind them two to three times I've been going here for 6 years and because of the virus that's going on out there it got to this point- slow
