This review is long overdue. We've been using this branch since they opened and have always had a great experience. All of the staff is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Rain, the branch manager is absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond for his customers. The company itself is top notch and we highly recommend their products.

Best place to get product for acs . Great staff and they always help me with whatever I need. Robert is the best. He deserve a raise

Cleanest parts house hands down, especially the restrooms. Employees are very welcoming and helpful, they are very good at getting us back on the road quickly. Need more customer service like Temecula AC Pro in the industry.

Side Note: Hot Coffee and fresh donuts/popcorn all day everyday, plus Frankfurt FRIDAYS from 11am-1pm every Friday.

Great customer service at the Temecula location, they are very fast and quick to ask if you need any assistance. Eddie is very knowledgeable being he has been in the HVAC industry for over ten years, you can ask him anything from technical questions, diagrams and parts schematics to pricing AHRI match up’s and special order custom metal. This guy is a diamond who needs to be promoted or someone else will give him the position he deserves in this industry. Thank you for all your help!!!!

Eddie and raine know there stuff!and being that the company pays us very well it’s very important that we are in and out of the parts store and this a pro is the best with getting you what you need and getting you back on the road!and they have great customer service and are honestly just cool guys to be around and to talk to!thanks for always having what we need and getting us in and out!
