I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating based completely on online reviews. Our water heater needed to be replaced immediately and I dreaded the process. I called about 8am, they were here by 11am on the same day and done by 2pm. Communication was outstanding the results perfect. They are very lucky to have Peni B as an employee

Our water heater went out the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving Day. I called two other plumbers. The earliest they could replace it would be the following Monday. One of them mentioned Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and was scheduled for Friday, the day after Thanksgiving Day. The installer was here as scheduled, installed my new water heater, answered all my questions, showed me how to operate it, and, at a reasonable price. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

I called Joe's Plumbing & Heating at 9:30 AM for a quote to replace my water heater which had reached the end of it’s life. Toa and Christian responded to my home in Torrance by noon. They were professional, courteous, and best of all never complained when my 2 dogs came over to try and help. I would recommend Joe's Plumbing & Heating to anybody needing to replace their water heater.

They provided an estimate on the phone and were able to come out same day to replace my water heater. Dan V showed up on time, was friendly, and worked efficiently.

The gentleman arrived early. He explained everything about our situation (plumbing lines common with neighbor), tested system for 20 minutes, and told us problem has likely already passed. No charge! We will request him if further issues occur.
