I would like to thank north wind for Coming out to my house and Repairing my air conditioning on such a short notice. He was the only one that answered after 5 o’clock and came to the house to check my ac and repaired it I’m glad I give them a call. definitely recommend. 💯👈🏻

Everyone at Northwind has been so awesome. The honesty and genuine kindness is a breath of fresh air! My family had some personal issues arise and they were understanding enough to still help us out even they are taking all the risk. Some of these other companies tried to use our fears against us, and make claims about issues that were nonexistent. Cesar at Northwind was reassuring, did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need and answered all of our questions and even said that we could contact them with questions even if we decided to go elsewhere. My family is truly grateful for companies like this, the integrity is unmatched!

Northwind Heating and Air, Inc. is a local company that gets the job done! The techs that installed our mini splits, Cesar and Frank, are very professional and helpful at explaining the installation process along the way, always willing to answer any questions we had, and provided great feedback on things we can do to get better use of our units. The installation was fast, clean and sleek. We also worked with Crystal in the office who is very friendly and professional. We love our mini split units and will recommend their work to anyone! They installed a very quiet mini split AC/Heating unit in my garage for my business. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. This thing blew cold quickly which is just in time for the summer. You can’t even hear this thing running since it’s so quiet. I love it!

Hired them to come give me a consultation on my Semi Working AC. Little did I know that they begin charging you for the Hour before they even arrive to your location. 50% of our Hourly Fee was due to them “driving to our location” which resulted in an unnecessary extra charge. I have never heard of a business that begins charging you prior to arriving to the location. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone for that simple unspoken rule.

Highly recommend Northwind Heating and Air Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit for our home. Arrived early and got started at 7:45 am and the crane showed up on time at 9am. The entire install was complete by 10am and they were testing it. It's been a painless process! Huge shout out to Frank, Johnny and Roy! Frank and Johnny were amazing and so professional, clearly experienced ac techs! Roy set our appointments and made sure to communicate through the entire process. This company has an amazing team and we're so grateful for them!

Two of the techs replaced my old air conditioning unit with a new one. I had to wait awhile for the new unit, but the installation went great. The techs were very professional, personable, and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up before they left. I would definitely use this company again. I didn't comment on the value because I went through American Home Shield and don't know the cost of the unit.

Great and fast service. The heat here in Lindsay is tense and they managed to help us out ASAP. I recommend this place..!!! They have great quotes and a friendly staff.

I had them install a new AC/ Heater combo back in May. AC system works fine but I didn't turn on my heater until this morning for the first time. The unit is blowing cold air and will not heat up. I went on the roof to check the unit. I found out that the technician didn't finish the job. The heat pump unit was turned off. They also replaced a brand new fuse with a blown fuse. Found the new one laying on the ground inside the unit. I guess they wanted to be sure and get called back for a service call once it got cold. I assumed that the unit had a warranty but was told by the company it was not their problem since I have a home warranty through American home shield which they no longer do work for.
