Juan came out to service our AC. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was doing. He recommended certain things for our AC. Juan prepared an invoice and emailed it right away which was very helpful. I will definitely be using this company in the future for all my needs. The customer service received is excellent!!! They were able to get a tech (Joey) out same day and addressed our questions and issues. Joey did a thorough inspection of our unit and found some concerns and shared recommendations with us. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend Air Kustoms Inc. for any HVAC issues.

Great experience! Gave us a quote then the next day the crew was there to install. Everything was so professional and done in a timely manner. We have a great furnace and thermostat that works great and saves us tons of money and energy! Would definitely recommend!

I will never do business again with this company. My 80 year old parents called them to fix their air! 1.5 hours later. They charged my parents 706.00. They replaced two small parts that didn’t cost much. Their labor was 250.00 per hour and 85.00 just to come out! I feel they took advantage of older people! They would not work with me for a reduced price. I hope they don’t keep getting away with this kind of practice

From my experience every time we have needed to have service done or just the regular maintenance AirKustoms has come through. From the office staff to the service technicians it has been good and prompt. The last 2 services have been done by Ricardo and Tony they made it less stressful by answering all the questions I had and making recommendations based on need not just to up the cost of repairs.
