Recently remodeled the bathroom. I needed a vent moved, same week was provided an estimate and following week job was completed. To be honest with everything inflated I was quoted a fair price.

I highly recommend this company. We live in a condo complex and they did a great job installing our AC unit on the roof of our building and a new furnace inside our unit. They gave us a great quote. The crew was knowledgeable about their work. We had a city inspector coming over for the license and Frank Senior himself came over in advance and waited to meet him. The inspector said it was a "beautiful work". All Air Masters are a great family company, professional with experienced employees, and they offer great price and value. Good people.

For my refrigerator. Was referred by my friend. Excellent service. Repairman Vincent was polite, professional, and very informative. We talked about my appliances. I will be having him back to service my washer. Will recommend this company to my friends. Thank you.

I did my due diligence in selecting All Air to complete a full cut in installation on my home. Frank showed up and provided great insight in how my installation would go and made great suggestions that improved the system. The two installers they provided, Jose and Rafael, were exceptional and very professional. They also wore a mask and gloves while they completed their installation. The installation they provided was clean, efficient and very well done. I have had the system in place for about a month now and it has not missed a beat. I am very happy with the work done, and the price was excellent.

The actual repair tech was a very nice and professional gentleman. His work was very quick and very clean. When the work finally got done, it was A+. But after the first visit and we were told that the part needed to be ordered, we understood. But when we received a call a few days later with an appointment for Tuesday to come out, and Tuesday came and went without them showing up, that was a little irritating. Wednesday when the repair guy called he mentioned that he doesn't know why the girls from the office called when they don't have the parts yet. He'll call me later and schedule an appointment once he receives the parts. Then I received another call about a week later saying that he would be there on tuesday. Once again Tuesday came and went and no show. Finally Wednesday morning he called and said he's on his way.

We needed to replace one of our AC units. We had an assessment and bid from another company, but did not trust it. Frank and his team were terrific. They explained the problem and all our options providing a detailed estimate. We asked them to do the work and were very impressed. They were responsive, professional, thorough and just nice folks. Recommend them highly! We will definitely use them again.

I called yesterday to schedule a technician to come out this morning. I didn’t get a call like I was told I would. When I did get the call it was to ask the model of my fridge instead of doing that yesterday when I originally called. I was told I would get a call back & didn’t , so I called & they gave me another number for me to call. It was a waste of my time & very frustrating because I was waiting for them to come this morning to fix my appliances.

My AC condenser stopped working this morning and All Air Appliance Masters squeezed me in and was able to send a tech out 3 hours after I made the appointment. The tech came within the time frame that I was given and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. He was quick, efficient, had the replacement parts I needed, and he wore a mask. I couldn't have asked for any better. I will definitely call them for all HVAC work I need from now on.

This company’s crew was honest in their diagnosis and repair of our refrigerator.
Because the cost for fixing it was a lot, they suggested NOT to repair it.
Because it was late on a Saturday, they were able to come to our home first thing on Monday.
They also gave us good suggestions what type of refrigerator will last longer next time that required low maintenance.
I wish more businesses operated with All Air Appliance Master’s integrity and honesty.
