Abbe and team were amazing! In my new home I had a huge job taking out old furnace, installing new one and new HVAC / central air. Abbe came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was responsive, on time, provided detailed in preparation of bid explaining all elements....work was completed in the exact timeframe he estimated and there were no surprises. He was attentive and followed up to ensure I was happy. He clearly takes pride in his work and the work of his team and it's well placed. Very happy.

Abbey (owner of Banner Heating & AC) had been providing excellent service to our heating and AC units for over 20 years. Upon deciding to replace both units, I solicited multiple bids. In light of his competitive pricing and history of excellent service, I chose Abbey to redesign & install our new HVAC system. I'm convinced I made the right decision as Abbey and his crew did an outstanding job. They were punctual, respectful of our home, responsive to questions, and completed the job on time. Banner Air Conditioning and Heating has been my go-to company for HVAC issues for many, many years. Abbey is wonderful, always responsive to my calls when my HVAC unit, installed in 1995, had maintenance issues. He is very helpful and has always responded to solve whatever heating or air conditioning problems I encountered. After 26 years it was time to replace my old unit and Abbey and Banner Air Conditioning & Heating came through in stellar fashion. He arranged to have a new, enlarged pad poured and then he and his staff were there when the crane lifted in the new Trane unit and removed the old unit. I cannot say enough about this company, they are professional, responsive and in my opinion very reasonable. In these times when I hear complaints and regrets from friends about their negative interaction with contractors, I would definitely recommend Abbey and his crew for any HVAC issues.

Abbey came out and diagnosed the issues with our older heating unit. Did not try to yodel new unit. Took great care diagnosing the issues and getting parts to repair.

Use Banner and Abbey every time!!

We've used Abbey for seemingly forever for our home's a/c and heating needs. He is unfailingly honest, reliable, and skilled. If there are options -- replacing a furnace sooner, for instance, or a trade-off between a less expensive a/c unit that would be louder -- Abbey will run through everything with pros and cons. He has never steered us wrong. We schedule yearly maintenance for the heating and a/c, so that we can head off any potential problems.

We recently built a guest house in our back yard. Abbey's bid for the a/c system was significantly higher than another vendors'; when we asked why Abbey wouldn't use the less powerful unit being proposed by the other company, he was polite but firm in saying that it wouldn't do the job. He will not compromise quality just in order to get your business.

Abbey has also managed some less-than-common jobs for us. Haul away an old, leaking natural gas fueled a/c unit? No problem.

You won't go wrong with Banner.

I'm so grateful to Abbey and his crew for correctly diagnosing all of the issues with our old, out-of-code HVAC system and fixing everything. He worked with us to get the best price despite how huge the problems were, and he was scrupulously honest from beginning to end. I loved the guys who came to do the work—they had a great sense of humor and a strong work ethic. I trust the high quality work Banner AC did for us, and I recommend them without reservation.

Abbey was wonderful to work with. He is courteous, professional and responsible. It' not unusual to run into problems during installation, but Abbey was steadfast in solving the problems with very little downtime. He will not leave you hanging with a problem. He is very patient and takes the time to explain the process, issues and how he plans on solving them.

I have been using Abbey for all my A/C and heating needs for over 20 years and I will continue to in the future. Calls back within hours, comes out when I need him (even weekends), great guy, very low key, does amazing work, knows his stuff and I trust what he tells me. Abbey is the absolute BEST! He is quick, attentive, affordable and seriously one of the best people I’ve met in life to boot. Can’t ask for more than that. My heater broke in the middle of a terrible cold spell and he came and had it up and running immediately. Previous air trouble, looked at for a couple minutes and fixed. Absolutely amazing. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Look no further.

Abby and Banner did a perfect job for us. Completely removed our old garage system and ducting, replaced it with a new rooftop system and modern ducting. So much more efficient (instant heating or cooling of the house), evenly distributed, QUIET, and unobtrusive. At a very good price. We love what they did.
