AC Plus Heating & Air

This is my second experience with AC Plus. I am always greeted by a professional and courtesy receptionist. I received same day service from Brandon N. He even arrived a little early , which was great. With it being over 100 degrees I appreciate his promptness and professionalism. Brandon educated me on the different components of my unit and how it worked , which was very informative to me ( a women who knows nothing about A/C units ) . Brandon,Got my A/C back working in no time. Now I'm sitting in my cool home drinking a glass of ice water , out of the heat . I would highly recommend A/C Plus to anyone seeking fast , courtesy, affordable service, ask for the technician Brandon N.

Fast, friendly, professional. I needed my unit moved around the corner. From the moment I called, I knew AC Plus would be the right team for the job. Brandon came out and met all my expectations. I was hovering over him the entire time and he didn’t sweat it one bit. He was kind and friendly. Brandon answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing and why. He even went above and beyond and gave me and my 7 year old son a lesson on HVAC. To top it all off, they take Apple Pay. Great service, great employee. I found AC Plus Heating & Air from my neighbor calling for their services. I made a quick Yelp and Google review, and the ratings were good. The lady on the phone was very friendly and provided the details and cost about service. I had to reschedule, and it was no issues and they had a courtesy call the day before. Their technician by the name of Jose showed up. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my Carrier unit. Did some voltage meter readings and clean the inside & outside ducts/coils? Not sure what the radiator fins are called. He gave me some advice about changing filter cartridges and differences between MERV13 and the 3M you find at Lowe's. Concluded the service and gave me a good deal on annual maintenance & service. Lucky to have find the right co. the first time! Recommended.

Omar was actually early and called to see if it would be alright if he came early. He was very personally interested in any possible issues and not just let's get in and service this air conditioner. He cared about my questions, answered all of them professionally and explained options thoroughly. This is a company I highly recommend and shall continue to use in the future. I had a great experience with AC Plus! We needed our air ducts cleaned as they had not been cleaned since moving into our house years ago. Was able to get a great quote for free quickly and even set up an appointment within a short amount of time. Our technician Scott was amazing to work with! He was prompt and really dedicated to his job. He gave great advice on issues we had with our ducts, vents and filter. Very knowledgeable and very personable. I could tell he went above and beyond to clean our air ducts and fix other issues that came up. Would definitely recommend going with AC Plus for all your HVAC and AC issues!

John showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He shared all relevant information and was clear about the price. He also shared his professional opinion about the status of our AC system and estimates for replacing it.

Outstanding customer service and very fast. I had an easy job of installing a nest thermostat and wire to heater in the garage. On the phone he said it would cost more money to do it all. But he got here and assessed everything and only charged me what he quoted. He also gave me a heads up that my heater is almost 20yrs old and will probably need replacing soon. I live in the mountains so that was something I wasn’t aware of. He also sent me a quote for a new one if I chose to purchase in the future. Great job and I will use them again.
