Beaver Heating and Air installed my New HVAC System. I am extremely pleased with my new system. Their installers were professional, fast, and friendly. Richard also never pressured me to purchase a new system, However, my old system needed over $1,000 in repair so I felt it would be better to invest into a new system given my old system was over 23 years old. I love how Richard said he didn’t want to pressure me into a new system and that they could repair the old one. They have fixed and serviced my unit for the last three years. I was also impressed by the comments from the independent company worker that tested the ducts. He stated that Richard was one of the most honest and the best at what he does. If you are looking for integrity, hard workers, and a local business that pays and treats their employees very well, Beaver Heating and Air is a must use company!

Our AC stopped working during the hottest week of the summer (so far). We called Beaver heating and Air on Friday late afternoon, and they were at our home the next morning. They had our home cooling down within 30 minutes. Great service, and a super friendly tech. Very happy and will call them with any future issues.

Excellent price, service, and a very well-trained professional staff. No surprises. Everything from the initial contact, getting an estimate to installation of my new heating and AC system was first rate. Highly recommend Richard and his team for any HVAC needs!

I gotta say, the service and friendly professionalism blew me away. We got an immediate response when our air conditioner went out on a 103 degree day, and if the technician Marlon is any indication of the people at Beaver Heating & Air, it's the right company to call every time. Marlon worked through the heat with a great attitude for two hours, trouble shooting and bringing our cool air back to life. We are sticking with this team. Thank you!

Marlon was our technician today. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went beyond expectations and answered all questions without hesitation. He even interacted with my son about transformers! It meant a lot!

Everyone I interacted with at this point has been super wonderful and kind! The receptionist was very sweet and easy to talk to and when I went on with some rambling, she listened and made scheduling a breeze. As a receptionist lead in my field, she's an asset and I wish I could remember her name! The technician that came out was also very friendly and was able to fix the problem. It's a bandaid to my situation but it still helped a ton and now my family won't have an overly hot house when it gets to 90 degrees this upcoming week. At that same time, the technician was able to contact the person who will do the estimate and replacement of our units and was able to get it to work with my schedule. I rarely leave feedback or reviews, but in the case of Beaver Heating & Air, Inc. I will leave a review. The crew Cyrus, Eli, Amelia and the rest of the crew were very professional, polite, uniformed and clean. They were very respectful. They all wore shoe covers when entering the house. They laid protective matts where required and cleaned-up after the installation. After the installation it was so cold in our house we thought we could hang a side of beef, LOL. Cyrus went above and beyond and did more than what was required for a proper installation. Cheers to all of you.

Both technicians were extremely respectful and listened to the problem and took their time to understand and resolve. Very professional and honest! I bought the maintenance service so they can come maintain all my units 2x a year! Made it easy and very reasonable!
