I'm a residential customer. I lost a clorox wand head down my toilet, it stopped up the toilet. I tried all the things I could as an inexperienced non-plumber. I called Befort and they sent Chris out. He was very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. While he had a longer snake, it still did not fix the problem. The conclusion was the toilet itself was broken. I obtained a replacement and rescheduled Chris to install. After install, toilet flush did not improve. After several flushes that darn wand head finally broke free. The jet on the original toilet was not pushing very forcefully. All in all, I'm pleased with Befort and still mad at myself for losing that thing down the toilet in the first place.

Marcus, Lamar and the rest of the team at Befort were phenomenal to work with when our AC unit broke and was spilling water into the room underneath. They were able to come check it out within the same day I called. They were thorough, professional, and took the time and care to explain to me what was happening in the AC system and what my potential options are. I greatly appreciate their service and would recommend Befort for all HVAC needs - we will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. They cleaned up after themselves, were super polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!

I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.
