Excellent service, honest and dependable! Mark was great, knew just what was wrong and gave me an honest and exact estimate. Highly Recommend.

It's Christmas Eve during a bad cold front and our furnace went out at 3:00 a.m. My husband and I called so many companies including ones with 24 hour emergency services and they either didn't pick up or were booked for days. Not only did IQ answer my 330 AM call but Sandy went out of her way to try to get someone over here. We fortunately found someone to come over before Sandy called me back but I will definitely be giving this company a try in the future because of their great customer service. Thanks again!

We called IQ recently because our furnace went out. Mark was most responsive, visiting the day we called. He went over what he thought the issues might be and tried the easiest fix first. When that did not work he then followed up immediately w/ the second fix which has worked. He explained the problems and repairs in non-technical terms which we appreciated. Most of all, though, we appreciated his responsiveness and will definitely use him in the future should we have more heating or AC problems.

Mark came out to give us a second opinion on an AC issue and fix. He was honest and took his time checking out the unit and gave us a couple options to take back to our original installer. He refused any money for his time. If the original installer gives us any hesitation in looking at these options we will be calling Mark!

Professional and timely. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning and made the appropriate repairs. No attempt to disguise the issue as a bigger problem or sell me a whole new system when a small repair would do the trick. I'll use IQ again.
