I can’t say enough good things about Barb and Harvey and Tri-County heating and cooling. They are professional with the upmost integrity. I was amazed how honest, transparent, punctual, professional and priced fair they were. I woke up to a freezing cold shower and could not find anyone to come out for weeks. Barb and Harvey understood I needed hot water to take a shower and go to work. They were out the same day and found a solution to my problem and quickly sourced the needed parts. They have been around a very long time and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

These folks Chelsea, Oscar, and Harvey have been just awesome at the services they have provide us with fair pricing, good communication, and with customer service.They are also friendly, kind and compassionate too. They have put in a hot water heater, maintenance our furnace, and AC every year .They have given us the best customer service and care we have ever had from a company. Have whole heartly, recommended them to my neighbors, family and friends. The former owner installed my AC, and furnace, but I feel secure that they will have my back if either goes out . God forbid.Just cant say enough good things about this team.

We have had Tri County come out twice to our house. The first time was for a checkup last year when the furnace was making noises, and about a week ago for a yearly maintenance checkup due to the age of our furnace. Both gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and cordial. They were very respectful and never talked down to us. They educated us on some things about our furnace that we never knew about things to do to keep it working as long as possible. They never pushed any kind of sales pitch and were very reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves (probably better than they came to it), and were prompt both times. Great experience with them. I will definitely have them come back and call them whenever we might need help. And they are a local family owned business, too!

Oscar is pretty awesome, he knows his trade! Quick repair on my AC unit, offers good advice, very knowledgeable, and very polite! I’m sure customers can only dream of such good and honest technicians for all their maintenance and repair needs. Tri County customer service is equally great too… can’t recommend them enough!

Echoing the many other 5 star reviews, we called Tri County Heating and Cooling when our on demand water heater started to work intermittently. After doing a search on our neighborhood Nextdoor app, we found Tri County (Harvey) highly recommended and decided to give them a try. We couldn't be more pleased! Harvey, the owner, was professional, honest, and very experienced -even with our off brand unit and was able to pin point the problem quickly. Tri County Heating will be our first go to in the event we need any heating and cooling work done in the future!

Barb, Harvey, and the team are FANTASTIC! Quick, friendly, and professional. They do great work at a great price, they're polite and respectful in the home, they were all pleasant with my dogs, and they do what's best for the situation, not just what costs the most! I never hesitate to call them the moment we have a concern.

Tri County came through when another company that was highly recommend flat out said the "service would be too costly for me and them alike!" Harvey (the owner) came out himself to assess what I needed. The following week he and his crew came over for what was thankfully an easy switch of some ducts. They were a little late, but were so quiet, professional, quick, and left no trace of a mess!- and it wasn't costly at all! Now I can dry my clothes without feeling like I have an in-home sauna! Harvey educated me on several things, I feel like he actually cares about me and my family's well-being. I'll DEFINITELY use Tri County for any other heating/cooling/duct work I may need in the future.

We woke up to a small flood due to our water heater on a Saturday morning. Text them for help and they were out here within a couple hours to take care of the problem. Great service-very professional. Have used this company several times and have always received same great service! Thank you.
