Russ and Kyle installed a water softener today. During the initial visit, Russ explained everything clearly and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need, like a 2nd carbon filter unit which another company's estimator said I would need to get rid of the chlorine smell/taste - Russ said it's not needed. He also recommended a whole house filter which doesn't require regular filter replacement.
We also had them install a mini-split system last fall, which we're really enjoying now that it's summer. They always respond quickly, especially Bryan, who would return my email within an hour each time. Great company!

The Save Home Heat team was so professional from the time the sales person came into the door to do an estimate until when the technicians left today. We understood the system and what was going to happen during installation. What was committed to us is exactly what happened including electrical upgrades. The technicians were easy to have in the house and seemed confident, that they knew what they were doing. Also very friendly. Overall we are so pleased with our new AC & heat system. Save Home Heat has been a fantastic company to work with on several occasions. When my furnace broke, they were one of the only companies to not try to talk me out of an electric air-source heat pump in favor of a new natural gas system, and their demonstrated expertise (e.g., walking me through how the systems work, detailing their calculations for getting a unit of the appropriate size) led me to choose them for the install. They were fantastic throughout the installation process, and the heat pump they provided has kept the house at its usual warm temperature through Denver's coldest weather (down to -17 degrees Fahrenheit most recently) while being ultra-efficient through most of the year. Save Home Heat also made the rebate process very easy.

Most recently, following a burst water line and some basement flooding, they helped me service the heat pump to quickly get it up and running again. I'm also using them to replace my hot water heater. Save Home Heat is professional and timely, and their technicians have consistently done an excellent job while taking the time to answer all of my questions. Working with them gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Save Home Heat has been wonderful to work with for our AC/HVAC and plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation. We had two heat pumps installed last year as our Summers are getting hotter and longer. The units are fantastic. We just had our first year maintenance and all is going well. We were so happy with the quality of work that we have now used them for all of our plumbing needs too - boiler/radiant heat system and water pressure. All around great experience.

Had a large job that included a heat pump, air handler and heat pump water heater install with an electric panel upgrade. The teams were very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and left a clean worksite after the job. What impressed me the most was how responsive they were to some of my concerns with the initial install on the outlet vent on the heat pump water heater. Even thou it was additional work for them they listened to my concerns and provided a superior installation.

I wanted to replace my gas furnace and old AC with a cold-climate heat pump. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that it was going to be a difficult job as space constraints made any install problematic. Save Home Heat was the only contractor who inspired confidence that they could make the system work, and they had good answers to back everything up. Throughout the process they were always on time. Plus, they were cost competitive with other contractors and in the end, the project came in at slightly less than the estimate. Most importantly, they did great work and fixed a number of code issues that prior contractors had left unresolved.

Time will tell how the system performs in the dead of winter, but overall I am extremely satisfied with choosing SHH for this project.

This job was rooting out our sewer line, and Save Home Heat did a beautiful job and showed me with their camera probe -- clean as a whistle. I've used another company in the past, and this was certainly a better job.
