I called Climate Systems and left a message. My message included my name, phone number, a brief description of my HVAC issue, and a request for a return phone call. The company never returned my call - radio silence.

Our furnace broke on a Christmas Day and Julio came out and repaired the furnace The work was done fast and Right!. Julio was professional thru the whole process If you want the pros working on your furnace when you most need it this is the place Climate Systems is the BEST!..

It was time to have my furnace replaced in the crawl space which wasn't any easy task. Both Floyd and Jeff were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and fit me into their busy schedule in a very timely manner. They hauled away the old furnace and gave me detailed instructions on the operation of the new one. It's so quiet and efficient and I have already noticed a big difference in my utility bill and the lack of dust in my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and am most appreciative and grateful for all they did for me.

If you want to get attitude and financially hosed, this company is for you! We recently called Climate Systems to follow up on an inspection they had done on one of our AC units. The tech, Rob, first tried to tell us we should consider replacing the whole system at a cost of 5k to 6k. When we questioned this, we were given a repair estimate of $2400, with a snotty notation on the estimate from Rob (a real treat he is!). I called the owner, Matt, to question this but I was essentially blown off. We called High Altitude Heating and Air for a second opinion. That company responded timely, diagnosed the problem more accurately than Climate systems, and fixed the problem for $790 - a far cry from the estimate of $2400 (THREE times as much) that Rob wrote. If you want to pay 3 times as much, Climate Systems is your go to company! If you want to be treated fairly and respectfully, call High Altitude and save yourself some serious cash!

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday from Jason. I was expecting another technician who has provided excellent service for me & my mother for several years. But Jason was professional, polite, and did not disappoint!
