I have a '99 gas furnace and had no heat one morning -a couple of problems with it and can't afford to buy a completely new unit. They gave me that option but didn't push. Eagle Heating and Air was very responsive within an hour! Then after almost a day it stopped again. Between Adam and Josh on both days and further troubleshooting, this unit gave everyone a run for the money, so to speak, but with their drive to get to the bottom of it- I had heat and still do!! I appreciated their care and professional attitude. Also, Reanna (I hope I got her name correct!) the phone contact is very personal and kind. I feel she truly cares never rushing me off the phone. Thank you Eagle team!

Eagle HVAC was the best price I received out of 3 bids for a new furnace and A/C and I have not been disappointed after more than a year. They had to move my furnace from one place to another and add A/C that was never installed. Jay obviously was very knowledgable and had good understanding of what was needed to move my furnace when he came to look at the job. He told me details of what was needed and how. His crew that installed did a very good job (installed April 2021). Service after the install has been very good. Corey did an amazing job of making sure my a/c was performing correctly after it was not cooling my home sufficiently and found the reason for it. We had a misunderstanding about how much work they cover after install and for how long. We worked it out to our mutual agreement. (I would make sure to ask questions so you understand what is included after the install with any issues you may have after the fact and for how long after the install - of course, with any company you choose).
Their staff is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely trust them to do a great job.

Jay did a complete analysis of my old
noisy system, explained and answered all my questions. No hard sell or upsell, gave me many options and price ranges. No BS. All new hi range furnace/ac/steam humidifier was installed, professional and neat installation. Jay returned twice himself to hunt down noises with the humidifier, 100% success. Super quiet system. Highly recommend Eagle.

Cory, my tech did an amazing job. Not only did he take care of the original issue but also corrected the wiring that was incorrectly installed. His professionalism and knowledge was one of the best I've incountered compared to other companies that I've have hired to fix the same issue over the past 6 months.
