    Furnace Physicians treated us like family friends. From Ashley in the front office to the great team that did our furnace install, we were hugely impressed. Everyone was professional, cheerful, worked hard, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. And after they left, they continued to work with us until the Regional Building Inspection was complete. Oh, and most importantly, our furnace works beautifully. We're so glad we got the Aprilaire Steam Humidifier. It has made a big difference in our family's sleeping comfort. Anyway, enough rambling... We like Furnace Physicians!!!

    Our experience with Furnace Physicians has been GREAT! We had them do our initial central air estimate last season (October 2011) and install the unit this Spring (May 201). Recently, during record high temperatures, our unit was not functioning as well as we would like so we gave them a call. The receptionist was friendly and got us an appointment as soon as possible. They came out the next day, inspected the unit, and fixed the minor problem at no charge. Each time they have come to our home the technician was clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

    I would stay as far away from this company as you can. Dishonest and incomplete work.

    I hired Furnace Physicians to provide comprehensive service to two furnaces in my home just before a pre-sale inspection. They came out, worked on the units and told me they had completed the service. 20 days later the home inspector came out to do his work. In the middle of this he came to get me and said we were likely going to have to get the furnaces serviced as the upstairs unit filter had not been changed in a very long time and the downstairs unit filter was not a proper accordion filter that fit the unit, but instead, a sub-standard construction filter that had been taped together with duct tape and folded to fit the unit. I told him I had just had service done and showed him my receipt. In response he said, "you should call those guys back because they did not do the work right". I then asked him for photos of the two filters since he was taking pictures of everything so I could use them to discuss the problem with Furnace Physicians.

    I then called Furnace Physicians and spoke with Ken Fuller, the owner, who told me he would look into it. I did not hear back from him for about a week, then reached out again via email. After several calls and emails, he finally responded telling me that he would come back out to fix the issue for a fee! He made the argument that filters get dirty very quickly and that the upstairs filter was changed and just got dirty in the 20 days between service and inspection. I specifically asked the inspector if this could have been the case when he originally brought the issue up to me and he said that there was no way it could have the kind of build-up it had with just 20 days of use. When I told this to Furnace Physicians they stated that filters get dirty fast and they recommend that their clients change their filters every 30 days! Every 30 days? Anybody out there changing their HVAC filters every 30 days? He then went on to tell me that the downstairs unit required a custom-sized filter and that this was not provided as part of the service. That's ridiculous. My furnace is a standard, off-the-shelf unit and I paid these guys $280 to clean it and change the filter. There's no language in their materials stating that custom filters are extra, and even if there was, they did not offer me the option to pay for it. Instead they took 2 sub-standard quality filters, taped them together and then told me they had done the job properly. That's what's called cheating the customer in my world.

    After multiple conversations to try to resolve this, i told the company they either needed to make it right or I would file complaints with the BBB and make sure I warned other consumers about their attitudes and dishonesty so they could not cheat someone else. Unfortunately, they refused to make it right unless I paid them to come out again!

    If you value your money, pick another vendor. You cannot trust this company to do the work right or to stand behind their work.

    Came to our place to service our A/C heating units. They charged nearly 400 dollars. Then claimed out Heating unit was on the verge of catching fire. Lies. They simply wanted to sell us a super expensive unite. Also their quotes were extremely high. I was not home during the the quote or cleaning but they did not do a bad on job cleaning the units. However they did not clean the vents which for the price they charged I would think they would do. Also I feel that because I was not home during the quote the attempted to over price their units and scare my wife with nonsense about our heater burning our house down. So silly. Would not recommend this company.

    I was surprised to find out they don't service outside Colorado Springs. They couldn't be bother providing a quote for a new furnace and duct work. None of their competitors seem to have a problem. But, after reading the other reviews, it makes sense. They don't want to drive out here all the time to fix a bad install.

    Had furnace doctors come out to repair my thermostat and an AC wire that my dog had chewed through.james the tech was very friendly,and quickly did the repairs at a reasonable price.will definitely use them again.

    2 years at the my furnace air conditioner was installed air conditioners quit it hasn't worked since their win at 9:00 all is the fix it the furnace thank God I had black hills maintenance company it cost him thousands of dollars to get to work

    I HAD FURNACE PHYSICIAN COME OUT TO PUT IN A NEW FURNACE THEY'VE HAD TO COME OUT 3 TIMES TO FIX THINGS THAT WHERE NOT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME , THEY DID NOT PULL PERMITS ALSO WHEN THEY WHERE DONE THAT NIGHT MY WIFE HAD NOTICE THEY HAD STOLEN JEWLERY AND MONEY FROM OUR HOUSE. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...

    Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I am surprised they are still in business. They are fine if you never have an issue, but once you do they will never try resolve the issue or communicate in a professional business manner. Save yourself the trouble and don't use them.
