I’m a restaurant owner. My walk-in freezer went down and one of my staff members happened to know one of Refrigeration Plus’ technicians. I’m up in Woodland Park so it was extremely difficult finding a company that could be out same day. Thomas, our technician, arrived a few hours after we called. Our problem was temporarily resolved by end of day until the new parts came in two days later. Once new parts came in, Thomas was back to permanently resolve the issue. I am forever grateful for the extremely fast service. I think an $1100 bill is well worth the happiness of knowing that my problem is solved and it was solved without any huge monetary losses on our end because it was solved so quickly.

They have been taking care of my restaurant cooling and HVAC equipment for several years and have kept it running like new. During routine periodic maintenance they have spotted potential problems and fixed them immediately. I am very pleased with Refrigeration Plus and highly recommend them.

Refrigeration Plus was very responsive to my soliciting their expertise. The repair technician efficiently fixed the problem with my wine cellar cooling system and explained the cause of the problem. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone with the same type of problems.

First of all, THEY DID NOT INFORM HOW MUCH THEY WILL CHARGE just to come out to check. Many of my experience with companies were $75-80 traveling fee which including diagnosis .This company charged $170. They said we had to order A WATER VALVE to fix it which cost $480! So I want to talk to manager to talk about it, they said he will reach out later. I didn't hear from him but they send me invoice of $170 by email! What a customer service!! ICE MAKER IS NOT FIXED AFTER PAYING $170!!!

I am in a process of ready to open the restaurant soon and had issue with freezer and hood fan issue
Leo (hope I spelled his name right ) came and
Took care of the issues so effortlessly
and most importantly, he was such great guy

Start to finish he was
so professional and just very nice gentleman!
I will be customer for life .

Also Julie the lady I talked to on the phone few times was very nice and great customer service!

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any service !
