If I could give zero stars I would. Kindness goes a long way and it’s not hard to do. Ruth is so extremely rude it’s unreal.

Great service and very friendly technicians. Kevin coordinated everything and stayed in constant touch with me to install our furnace and air conditioner. Gary stayed extra time to make sure we understood our thermostat. The installation went smooth, as well as being affordable. I think Rial Heating & Air Conditioning does a great job!

Been servicing our facility since we opened in 1988. Great local partnership. Great work. Knowledgeable employees. Great Customer Service. I know that if we have an issue with one of our units they'll be out here day of and have the unit up and running as quickly as possible.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, I've worked with this company for over a month, not a direct employee of them. I worked with one crew and I realized early on that a lack of respect between employees and employers is evident. I've heard stories about this place that I won't repeat here. They underpay their workers horribly. Don't get hired here if you expect to stay on the job long without fair skin like the rest of their employees. The behind the door racism doesn't bother me. It's typical in this city. But the lack of respect for a combat veteran of the army, who served at Carson. That's disturbing to me.

Was more interested in liability then actually helping a family with no heat in 4 degree weather. Just needed a simple part replaced. Said they would only replace the entire inducer module instead of just the wheel. Entire module not available for days, wheel in stock locally and is a factory part. Not sure why wouldn't replace with a factory part that Carrier West has in stock. Despicable ethics and service.

Dealt with Ruth. I have a commerical space. they were quick and the repair guys were super friendly and explained the whole process to me. I would highly recommend Rial for and heating or AC work.

I work here. It's awesome. Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and experienced. If you need HVAC work done you really would be making the right choice

I'd give no stsrs if i could. Im in the people business myself, rude is all I have to say! Owner is terrible

Pretty miserable place to deliver to.
Was told recieving hours are 7 to 2. Won't let me in til 8.
