WireNut was prompt and professional. The pricing was up front and fair. The scheduling process was simple. I scheduled online and they called to confirm details within the hour. The technician called ahead of time, during the appointment window. He arrived in an insane hail storm that went on for over 30 minutes - and he waited it out so that we didn't have to reschedule. He completed the repair successfully and quickly. He was careful not to make any mess and to tidy up his work area before leaving. He informed me of service membership options which actually saved me money from just doing the repair, giving me additional preventative services.

Marc came to do annual service on my furnace and A/C. He said it would take him 90 minutes. He was very thorough and explained what should be fixed now and what could wait. He said the minor repairs would take about 30 more minutes and since I was his last customer of the day he was willing to stay to take care of it. Two hours later he was still smiling and the bill stayed the same.

Brian Clothier did a great job. Was on time and made sure the job was done correctly. The cooling system works Great!

Gavin came out and we had a great experience! He reviewed with us all our options to replace or repair the pressure regulator that had sprung a leak. Thoroughly explained everything and helped us find the right solution for us. I was so thankful I asked to purchase their yearly maintenance program so I can have them come out and make sure all the systems in my house are running safely and properly and give me peace of mind as a homeowner.

Chance did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing my problem. He recommended several solutions and his personal opinion on which option he would choose and I don't feel like he tried to oversell more expensive options. My services were just completed, but so far I am very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of work.

Chase was quick and thorough with the maintenance of our furnace. He took the time to answer all my questions, and he followed up with written recommendations, including estimates.

Travis came separately to review our plumbing. He had two team members with him that he was training, and this made me feel comfortable asking more questions. I asked a lot of them and learned a lot!! In the end, I signed a contract to have our pipes wrapped in heat tape, I'm going to have them check for buildup inside the pipes leading to two showers, and I'm going to begin budgeting for a tankless water heater. Travis was super informative and he and his team mates were a lot of fun.

I love Wirenut. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive. One of the things I like the most is that before the technician arrives, they send a text that includes a picture and name of the technician. This is great for people who are wary of strangers pretending to be workers.
Tanner was great. He arrived within the time period I was given and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I could understand and gave me great advice. Would definitely recommend!

Charles was amazing! Helpful and professional, friendly and sincere. Went above and beyond while in our home and got us the best possible price on a replacement of our furnace. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was just a joy to have around period. Really a great guy that helped us exponentially. Went out of his way to be helpful and kind. Would recommend him and any company he worked for to anyone, truly outstanding. His team matched his every quality equally, being just as helpful and professional. Couldn’t have made a better choice, would and will do so again.

We called WireNut to have a hot water heater looked at as it wasn’t working. The service provider looked at the hot water tank for about 15 minutes. He didn’t heads upstairs and told me the motherboard. Was out and needed to replace the entire hot water heater. They quoted me $9000 to have this done. Of course being a smart consumer I reached out to another plumber here in town. They diagnose the hot water heater and found that it was the lighting mechanism. The hot water heater was under warranty and the new part cost us $40 plus a service fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone they try to take advantage of us. And I wonder what they might be doing to other people like the elderly who just don’t know the difference
