Squeaks service is above par! We had a water pipe burst in the morning and scrambled to find a plumber who could assist us same day. Larry was immediately responsive and sent a technician out just a few hours later. Marco was kind, communicative and efficient and had our water heater removed and installed in less than 3 hours. The price was fair and the service was above expectations. Will definitely be using their service again. Highly recommend!

Professional company. I called the evening prior and they scheduled my service for early the next morning. Devon was on time, very knowledgeable, and got the problem fixed in about 2 minutes! We’re thrilled with Squeak’s and will definitely use them again. .

Super responsive company. They texted me back within 5 minutes of my phone call, scheduled my appointment on the spot and Sean arrived at Noon the very next day to look at and ultimately replace my sump pump. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and well-priced.

We used Squeaks to install new furnace/AC and a tankless water heater. They did an awesome job with the water heater. But the installation of furnace/AC took longer which was due to the crew were not familiar with the models we bought, which was completely fine. They fixed the problems after one extra visit. We did add on a whole house humidifier. The valve that controls the water flow to the humidifier was flimsy so we had to hire a plumber to replace it later. The maintenance fees if you didn't buy some sort of service package are very expensive. There is a trip charge and an itemized charge for whatever. Also if you are trying to use the 15% off coupon, make sure you present the hard copy at the end of the service. Otherwise they cannot honor it. In summary, I will give them 4 star for the installation but only 3 star for using them for your maintenance.

Sean showed up quickly to diagnose my leaking water heater. He was friendly and professional, and was able to work with his team to get same day install of a new water heater. Marco did the install and worked very efficiently to get the job done.

Squeaks technician Perez (I forgot his last name. Sorry, Perez) is prompt, very kind and extremely knowledgeable and professional. With the temperatures rising today, 27 June, 2023, Perez was really helpful with my aging swamp cooler.
I can have implicit trust in Squeaks (and so can you). Squeaks does not try to up-sell me in to anything more expensive with scare tactics and "deals that are good today only."
Even when I call Squeaks kind of panic stricken, the ladies who answer the phones are calming and very kind.

Replaced my old swamp cooler with a new one, installed a new dryer vent.

Marco replaced TPR valve on hot water tank. And also added a PRV. Marco was very professional and very informative throughout the process.
