This crew, picked by Michael L, including Austin, Dan, Cory, Sean, Remington, Noe, Jamie and Shannon were awesome. They were on the job quickly and finished our furnace/AC and water heater install in about 8 hours. This was in a small area, so they had to coordinate their work to get it all done that quickly. They were cognizant of keeping the path to our job area as clean as possible and they, every one of them, patiently answered any questions we had. They were courteous and respectful. Each of them reflects well on Tipping Hat and we'd be happy to recommend this business.

On April 20th I had the pleasure to meet Drillon, Gille, Detlef, Kyle, Remington, and Gabe. I was having issues with my air conditioning unit outside and after getting a few quotes I decided that tipping hat was the correct choice for me. After talking with Drillon I decided that the furnace was needing replacement also considering it was the original furnace from when this home was built. He noticed that the way my system was designed it wasn’t moving air properly. My old furnace was literally sitting on the ground. So not only was I getting a complete new system but they were also redesigning how my plenum was directing my airflow and moving it up off the ground. I used to work with hvac in my early 20s so I guess you can say I was a bit nosy. These guys were cool though. If I ever had any questions they would answer them for me. I got to come down and see their progress multiple times and they were never bothered. I had to limit myself from talking because I felt like I was distracting them from the work they had.

I noticed they they all seemed pretty tight nit with each other. It pretty tough working in a crawl space all day so it’s nice to see the crew laughing and working well with each other.

The entire crew was extremely friendly and helpful. I have animals and they were very respectful about closing the doors. They even showed me a bit of love at the end of the day because some things on my water heater were not to code but they went ahead at no extra cost to fix that for me.

All in all I’m very satisfied with Tipping Hat and would definitely recommend this company in the future to anybody doing hvac, plumbing, or electrical.

My only regret was not taking photos before so I could compare the after because it looks fantastic now.

Tipping hat had a next day appointment and was very communicative leading up to the appointment. The plumber that came was professional and I thought I could trust him. Now that the job is over I’m second guessing everything. I’ve been left with 4 holes in my wall in 4 different areas. 2 of which are actually pretty close together. I also have an over $300 new bath faucet that is a different finish from the rest of the hardware in the bathroom. First he said that it was a simple leak and the fee for a simple leak search was just over $200 that did not include the $49 diagnostic fee. He said that if I chose Tipping hat to do the work that both these fees would be applied into the final payment. When it was time to pay that was not the case and it turned out it was no longer a simple search and the fee was increased to over $400. He repaired the leaking pipe behind the shower and then also replaced the bath faucet and there was no finish option or option for us to just put a new faucet on ourselves which we easily could have done and purchased a kit for way less than $300. We also were not given an estimate before he started cutting into the walls and making repairs just a final cost of over $1,300 for a simple leak at the end that turned out not to be simple. I’m pretty disappointed and not sure that I would use Tipping Hat again.

Floyd Sisneros, Elijah Lash, and Senad Sarajila did a fantastic job installing my new tankless boiler combi unit (boiler and domestic hot water). Professional, and easy to work with. The explained in as much detail (I am an engineer so it was significant) as I wanted the operation and maintenance of the entire system. The plumbing in my home is a bit strange and they did a great job of straightening it out and making it maintainable, labeled, and clear. The new system works much better than my previous (noticeable difference in register heat), and is very quiet. They even handled the unexpected well issue (the well junction burst due to mixed metal corrosion) and had it off and water up and off the floor before I knew what happened. They prioritized my immediate concerns of the two day install and stayed late to make sure I had hot water (something I had been without for 3 days at that point).

Chris Ditmore Jr came out as an electrician to relocate my well electrical to accommodate the plumbing work and likewise was fantastic to work with, and did an excellent job (he found and fixed a few gremlins there too.). So happy to have one single power cut off switch to the well instead of three. This is my second time working with Chris and I have been impressed and happy with the quality and results of his work on both occasions. Keep rocking it Chris.

Mitchell Thier came out a couple days after the install as I got a manufacturer defect boiler control unit (died after a day) and he spent over four hours driving to get me one and heat going. Absolutely thrilled, and fantastic service. Extremely polite and excellent to work with.

Every interaction with tipping hat has been pleasant, quality and stood behind. They set the bar, and set it high for the Denver metro area.

We had our 50 year old Burnham cast iron boiler and gas water heater replaced with a new 210 kBTU Burnham boiler and 50 gallon Heat-flo indirect-fired water heater. The outstanding service began with two visits by Micheal, the knowledgable and personable representative, who sat with us for hours winnowing down the numerous choices and options. We live at 7,650 feet in elevation, so reliability as well as cost and quality were huge concerns for us.

They scheduled the installation around both our needs and the weather...and completed the task in one day.

On the day of the installation, an outstanding team of Floyd, Dan, Austin, Juan and Senad did an amazing job. The installation end result demonstrates to me that Tipping Hat has fielded a team of thorough, polite, and knowledgeable professionals.

Whether discussing the sale, learning about the system, completing the installation or tying up the details of the project, every member from sales representative, to the installers, to the front office treated my wife and I with respect, candor and the complete benefit of their vast experience. So glad we chose Tipping Hat for this project.

A performance inspection of my air conditioning system revealed a new system was necessary. After an interview with representatives of the the company, I had some reservations in regard to the quote and information about actual scope of the work and inspections and follow up. Ratings and reputation of this company was good, so despite a feeling of uneasiness I was going to enter a contact. Later my daughter came over and I mentioned the experience to her. She was surprised at the overall cost. She told me tipping hat did the same type work at her home and she highly recommend them. I had an appointment the same day with Kodiak. He worked up a proposal that was very attractive and he was able to do some negotiating on the overall cost. The next day a highly professional and qualified team arrived to accomplish the task. Gabe and Detlef did a perfect job and finished on time, before the team left two certified electricians arrived and completed the hook up ..Nick and Chris did a complete function of the electrical. Their detailed notes based on previous visits, helped facilitate an efficient preventive maintenance experience, in which we collaborated on determining the scope of maintenance procedures today, and possibly going forward.

My experience with Tipping Hat was top drawer! They got an estimator out the day of my call and completed a the bulk of a complex home electrical installation two days later. When a part that I had ordered arrived, they showed up the first business day after arrival and completed the installation.

The team was well trained, professional, personable and a joy to work with.

I plan on using them again as my needs may arise.
